Robison Lodge was Patsy Robison's retirement home for over ten years. She, and her whole family, loved this place and put so much of themselves into its care and maintenance. She hated to sell it. It is truly unique. Patsy has moved to be closer to her children, but she was delighted her home was going to be well cared for and be enjoyed by so many people. You will not find a more beautiful, secluded beach in the state of Washington. If you are lucky, you will see Gray Whales rubbing themselves on the rocks in front of the Lodge. The area teems with marine wildlife, Orcas, Humpbacks, Dahl Porpoises seals, sea lions, eagles, puffin and sea birds of every description. Deer are frequently seen along the road and Elk are sometimes in open pastures on the way to nearby Lake Ozette in the Olympic National Park.

Vancouver Island is visible as you look across the Strait of Juan De Fuca. Look to the northwest and you can see the gateway to the Pacific Ocean. A world-renowned fishery, you are less than ten minutes away from Mason's Resort in Sekiu with its docks, launch and charters. Watch the cruise ships and freighters go by in the busy shipping lanes.

You will find Robison Lodge spacious, well appointed, tastefully decorated, immaculately clean. The one thing we are certain of as we start this venture, most of you will want to come back and we are sure many of you will. You will not find a vacation rental like this again.

Be respectful of the beach and be cautious. There are very strong tidal currents and swimming is dangerous in these waters and at your own risk.
Use the garbage disposal sparingly, if at all. Use it to clear the drain, not to dispose of garbage. Please run hot water for a minute after use.
Be careful with fires. The summers can be very dry here. If you are uncomfortable operating the fireplace feel free to contact us. Be careful.

Excellent place to stay and unwind or to explore the PNW. Host is very accommodating and responsive to questions. Home is beautiful as are the grounds and beach. Wood stove at night was a nice touch. We loved our stay here and look forward to coming back

Cozy Coastal Cabin

Loved spending time with the family here. I especially enjoyed the fire place and hot tub. The beach was really great to explore.

End of vacation run after 7 days in North Carolina.

Large, quiet, serene view, great interior, every thing worked, all questions answered quickly by host, and the beach access!! Hot tub was terrific, beds were comfortable, and ample parking. Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful Place

This was a beautiful place! Give it very high marks, everything is just as they say! Just a heads up, no TV but that was fine with us.It’s hard to stop watching the water!

Understanding the area is paramount - bring your supplies with you. Port Angeles is your last stop for groceries with a large amount of variety.The Makah Reservation has the Washburn General Store - far better than anything in Sekiu with a decent selection of items if you don’t stop at Port Angeles.The property is amazing!The no TV was a great surprise - we spent a ton of time walking the beach.There is star-link wifi - which worked amazingly.The kitchen and grill are fully kitted out.Thanks for a great getaway venue - definitely going back.If you ever need someone to go out and clear the stairs and pathways, I would gladly help.

A Thanksgiving getaway to remember

This Thanksgiving, six of my friends and I escaped to a cozy cabin to celebrate the holiday together. The host was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which made the trip even smoother. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances and cookware we needed to prepare a delicious feast, making it easy to enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving meal. The secluded beach was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views and plenty of opportunities to spot marine life—perfect for capturing some amazing photos. In the evenings, the fireplace and hot tub kept us warm and relaxed, adding to the magic of the experience. I’m incredibly thankful for this unforgettable trip—thanks for the memories!

gorgeous place, funky couches

We went out for a sweet family weekend. Being able to bring the doggo was great, except we didn't think about 'pet friendly' including cats and our 5 year old had to leave after the first night as a result of reacting to the couches and carpets that had obviously been well love by some kitties. As a family we have loads of critters he's already been around and been fine with so we were surprised there was enough cat dander to get him going. A little heads up in the ad would definitely help, or some new couches and a deep carpet cleaning. The private beach has fabulous low tide pools and the hot tub was great. Overall a sweet spot on the coast.

Coastal Solitude

We loved our stay at this cabin. We had a hard time finding cabin type locations in the far NW of Washington. Most rentals look like standard homes so we were excited to find this place. The tide pools and relatively private beach (we saw one couple walking along the shore the entire time we were there) were amazing. While the drive to the cabin from Seattle is about a 3.5 hour trip, it was worth the drive and once there we had access to amazing hikes- specifically the most NW point of US, Hole-in-the-Wall beach, and the HOH rainforest. One caveat is that you can hear everything in the cabin. We were a large group with 4 kids and once kids started making noise in the morning, everyone was awake since most of the sleeping is not in a private room but on the open 2nd floor that has no enclosure from rest of the house. Jacuzzi looking out over the water was a huge plus. Would highly recommend this place.
