Wonderful view

The places is absolutely stunning and the view is beautiful . The accommodations were excellent as well. Beds very comfy and plenty of room to relax!

This was a perfect place for our family vacation! The nine of us in our family had plenty of room to spread out on the 3 floors. The hot tub and fire pit on the patio were just an added bonus! Although it wasn’t an easy walk to the lake, the view was beautiful and there was plenty of comfy, outdoor furniture to relax on!

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and spacious. Also very clean. Host is very responsive and nice. Would 100% stay here again and also recommend the home to others with a large group!

Sunshine Cove is always the perfect house for our group of 6 every year. It's in a prime location with many amenities.

This was a great place to stay. We could access all the Branson attractions within 30 minutes. The location was quiet but plenty to enjoy. The host was very attentive to any issues or questions we had. It is more fitting for 8 adults and 3-4 children. It was crowded. for our 9 adults and 4 children. It was still a great week.

We Anticipate this trip every year!

Such a great place for our four couples to gather, play cards, share in discussions and relax for a couple of days! We cherish these moments in such a great setting! Great view from the back porch. Very relaxing and close to so many things in Branson!

Great View of the Cove

The experience was wonderful. I would recommend the house for all ages. The house was as described and the access to the lake was a bonus! If I ever go back to the Table Rock area I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Sunshine Cove was perfect for a long weekend vacation. The view from the home was beautiful. Our family spent most evenings on the balcony playing games or just enjoying the view. We loved the amenities the home offered and took advantage of the paddle board, pickleball court, hot tub, and pools. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was also great and near several restaurants and store. Jenna was great at communicating and quick to respond to any messages. We would definitely stay here again. Worth your time.

What a wonderful experience we had at Sunshine Cove! Our place was well stocked with supplies, nice furniture, loved the hot tub and 4 pools to choice from. Close enough to Branson and lots of things to do in Kimberly City too. Jenna was so friendly and sweet! She made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely go back and loved working with Jenna!!!

Great place! Exceeded expectations

House was great for us - more than enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids under 5. Amazing view. Comfortable and clean. Relaxing environment. Great accommodations. Quiet community. Loved having the hot tub and fire ring, outdoor living and dining, and indoor pool option for cooler weather. Hosts were great and responded in timely manner, they made check in and check out super easy and not excessive. I would 100% love to come back! Nothing negative to say!

The house was a great size for our family. 8 people total, with 5 under the age of 16. The kitchen was a decent size, but the stovetop was a little wonky from a heat output. The furniture was comfortable, the patios/decks were lovely. The water pressure in the home is incredibly weak, but otherwise no complaints. Be warned, the walk to the lake is a bit longer than I anticipated and it's a steep uphill. If you have younger kids, or older guests, the rocks to enter and exit the lake might be a little much. The property pool/lazy river was phenomenal. Kids had a blast and it was a great way to end a day out and about.

There were a few minor issues with the house, the host was very responsive. The view of the cove is gorgeous! The walk/drive to the shore was steep—and muddy, but certainly accessible. We rented a boat for 3 days along with water skies, and a tube to pull along behind the boat. Everyone had a fantastic time, the marina is relatively close with an incredible staff. This VRBO had beach towels and 2 kayaks to use. All in all, a great time was had by all!
