Our stay was great, check in/out was easy, the space was clean and had enough supplies for 6 adults for 5 days. We always bring a supply of VRBO supplies but only used a few small dishes for leftovers. The grill was nice and had a full tank of gas. The Hot Tub was clean and hot. Downtown Branson was just a few minutes away.Definitely would stay at this location again.

Great location, had everything we needed for our family vacation/graduation celebration. Was able to accommodate 13 people with 2 teens sleeping in the nook upstairs and one on the couch downstairs. Would highly recommend!

Briarwood Bay was the perfect place for our family while we were in town for our daughter’s wedding. The home was spacious, comfortable, and having a bathroom for each bedroom was a huge plus. We loved the peaceful lakefront setting while still being just a short, easy drive to Branson and the surrounding area. Communication was outstanding from start to finish, and everything was exactly as described. We highly recommend Briarwood Bay and would gladly stay here again!

This property was perfect for our group. It was nice that everyone had an ensuite. It was right on the water. The deck and patio were very nice. The only little thing we could have used a few more dish towels and there were potholders.

Excellent accommodations for large family groups. Plenty of bathrooms and areas to congregate in. Only suggestion would be to get more comfortable seating. Couches, chairs and swivel seating was all lacking in comfort but floor plan was ideal for hosting multiple families.

This property was perfect for our family of 11! The home was beautiful and exactly as pictured and described. We all had plenty of space and everyone having their own room and bathroom was plus when it came to getting ready. This property was in a perfect location and only a few minutes away from all the action that Branson as to offer. We will definitely be returning to this property.
