Grand condo - 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain complètes - 3 niveaux - Emplacement de choix et superbe aménagement

Ce condo à 3 niveaux est un grand espace lumineux et ensoleillé avec plan d'étage ouvert, plafonds voûtés, poutres apparentes et planchers de bois franc, et toutes les pièces ont été récemment repeintes. C'est spacieux (1165 pieds carrés) et idéalement situé dans Briarcliff Condominiums souhaitable. Le cadre est paisible et calme, sur une voie privée et pourtant si proche de la rue commerçante et du cœur de Provincetown.

Le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, cuisinière et grand réfrigérateur se trouvent au niveau principal, avec une buanderie séparée avec laveuse et sécheuse à chargement frontal. Il y a une Smart TV 40 "dans le salon, câble, Wi-Fi, lecteur DVD et station d'accueil iPod. Les glissières de la salle à manger mènent à une nouvelle terrasse élargie avec un joli coin salon, une table et des chaises pour dîner et un gril à gaz Weber.

À partir du niveau principal, montez un vol dans une chambre complète qui est une chambre privée de style loft avec un lit queen (matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme), une causeuse, une télévision connectée de 28 pouces, une grande commode, un grand placard avec baignoire / douche et nouvelle vanité.

Du niveau principal, descendez un vol pour une chambre extra large avec un lit queen, un canapé-lit, une Smart TV 32 ", un lecteur DVD, une grande commode, un immense placard et une salle de bain privée avec baignoire / douche et nouvelle vanité .

L'agencement est génial car les chambres sont situées aux niveaux supérieur et inférieur, offrant ainsi des espaces de vie séparés aux invités. Il n'y a pas d'autres unités au-dessus ou au-dessous de vous qui rendent votre séjour tranquille et privé! Un parking notarié pour 1 voiture sur place est inclus. A / C sur les niveaux principaux et supérieurs. Niveau inférieur reste cool. A 4 minutes à pied de Bradford Street et à 5 minutes à pied de Commercial Street. Les raccourcis vous mènent directement au centre-ville en 5 minutes! Les locations sont pour un maximum de 4 personnes.

Les locations en haute saison sont hebdomadaires, du samedi au samedi. Merci de votre intérêt!

Great location in Provincetown

We enjoyed Glenn’s condo. The location was great as some of us spent our mornings fishing at Race Point while others walked downtown. Glenn was very attentive, I would stay there again.

The open-plan multi story condo was a fantastic setup for our group of friends visiting Provincetown. While a little bit off the beaten path, the ample amount of space and storage, lovely outdoor deck, and thoughtful touches for guests made for a lovely stay. Plus, the host was incredibly communicative and made check-in a breeze!

This was a great place to stay for the week. There are no doors separating off the bedrooms, but since they are on 1st and 3rd floors there was still a good amount of privacy. Host was extremely helpful throughout the process.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this property and it was everything we needed. It’s close enough to the center of town yet far enough away if you want a quiet night at home.

Great Stay

This was a well maintained and clean rental unit. It's very close to Commercial Street yet far enough away if you want to "get away from it all." It's a quiet neighborhood if you want a night (or day) in. Everything is within walking distance from this unit. I would highly recommend it for anyone wishing to stay. Glenn was a superb host.

The Host was great, in answering all our questions and concerns. The townhome was exactly as described and had everything we needed and beyond. Nicely decorated and very clean. Great space for two couples, each bedroom with ensuite bathrooms and a half bath with washer and dryer. Location is certainly removed from the hustle and bustle of PTown. Most of our activities took place from the center of town toward the West End, so for us just a bit removed, however still a manageable walk on beautiful days.

Amazing Ptown week

This was the best rental- a hidden gem just minutes from the hub hub of Commercial Street. We have been to Ptown for years and years and did not know if this small development. The condo was beautifully designed and decorated and well stocked for just about anything. The layout is perfect for family, friends or two sets of couples. Nice indoor and outdoor space. The owner answered all of our questions and was very hospitable. We would definitely return.

A gem of a place

What a comfortable place. Stayed with my husband and another couple. Living space was very good with a great kitchen with all needed gadgets and even a grill outside. Excellent washer dryer. Beds were very comfortable and lovely fluffy towels. Location was was great, and quite at night as we where a few streets away from Commercial. Glenn was excellent with all communication, even when Xfinity was working on the network. I'd happily recommend.

A taste of paradise

Ptown is one of my favorite places in the world, and Glenn's home is no exception. The design and amenities of this home is top notch. Very comfortable beds. Looking to cook at home? BBQ? He has you covered. Having three bathrooms and laundry was certainly a plus! A very easy walk into town. Glenn provides all the info on this property to you in advance so that you have full directions on everything. We enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you, Glenn!

Colony Condo

This rental home is convenient, comfortable and accommodating for your stay in Ptown. The main floor living area is the quintessential Cape Cod rental. It’s also been beautifully renovated with its original charm so it contains a beautiful kitchen with open floor concept, light, airy, and exposed wood beams reaching up to the third floor and loft bedroom. The entire townhome is renovated and you will feel at home here. Glenn, the host, provides excellent communication and will answer everything and more. Additionally, you are very close to Stop & Shop, CVS and Commercial Street.

Fantastic condo!

We had such a wonderful stay at Glenn’s condo. It is such a lovely home. Super comfortable, bright, airy, and very thoughtfully stocked and organized with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were super comfortable and the kitchen/living area has been beautifully updated with really nice touches. The outdoor deck was lovely, especially at sunset! The location of the unit was perfect. Close to Bradford and Commercial but also tucked away in a quiet complex which provided some peace and relaxation when we needed it. Glenn was an excellent host. Kind, communicative, friendly, and super helpful. 5/5 stars, two thumbs up! We will definitely be back. Thank you Glenn!

I began communicating with Glenn months before arriving as this was our first trip to the area. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and responded very quickly to answer any questions, offer recommendations and ideas. The condo was perfect for four, our two teens stayed in the lower bedroom. Having the main floor between the two bedrooms was perfect for us! Everyone we interacted with at the condo were very personable and nice to chat with. We did so much on this trip! The condo was comfortable and spotless! It is located in a great area and we walked down to commercial street multiple times a day. This was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend! Glenn is the best host we have ever encountered and we take multiple trips every year.

Exceptional experience! Loved it!

I recently stayed at this condo during the 4th of July week, and all I can say is WOW! The property has everything you need, including a nice patio with a grill, in-unit laundry, and top-notch kitchen appliances! It’s tucked away in a quiet spot in Provincetown but very convenient to local shops, restaurants and commercial street via walking or a quick bike ride. Finally, Glenn (the owner) delivers tremendous service, which creates tremendous value for his guests. He answers questions promptly and makes the reservation process incredibly seamless! I highly recommend Glenn and this gem to anyone looking for comfort in an excellent location. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Excellent unit in tip top condition

We had a wonderful week. The unit is spacious and updated. The new kitchen is gorgeous and a plus. Fancy appliances. The common areas are spacious. The bedrooms also. We enjoyed the memory foam mattress in the upstairs bedroom. Would stay here again. Everything is reasonably close.

Great Ptown Condo

We loved this condo! The space was well designed, pleasant, and FULLY equipped. One bedroom upstairs and the other downstairs made for good privacy. The deck offered comfortable seating and an eating table. The location was quiet but within easy walking distance of most Ptown features. Bruce was an attentive and helpful host. No complaints.
