This is a spectacular location—close enough to the center of town to be an easy walk, far enough away from the center to be quiet. It is a working boatyard, which our family loves. Instant access to kayaks, rentals, launch service, etc. 270-degree view across the harbor and bay. Everything you need. We love it.

The apartment is bright and clean and the view combined with the cross breeze puts you in a relaxed state instantly. The location is convenient to town yet very quiet. The beach next to the boatyard is great when you do not have time to drive to Race Point or Herring Cove. We had dinner on the side deck one night which was amazing. This place is a gem and I already booked it for 2027!

Our family had a wonderful weekend staying here! The apartment had everything that we needed, plus the stunning view of the ocean was a bonus! The communication with the hosts was flawless and they were more than accommodating. I would certainly rebook and recommend!

We have stayed at this location several times and always enjoy the house, directly on the water, large windows lend to great views. Easy walk to town, shops and restaurants.

We have stayed here many times, and there's nothing a lovely as waking up in a boatyard overlooking an expanse of harbor, with lighthouses in the distance and the curve of the town on both sides. Perfect.

Easy check-in, fantastic view and location cannot be beat. Enough space to accommodate everyone. TVs in every room, very clean, will definitely return with our family. Consider bringing extra basics (paper towels, toilet paper, etc), but towels, linens, and even some beach chairs are provided!

Location! Location! Location!

This property is amazing, right next to the beach and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and the view from the decks can’t be beat. We had 8 adults in our party and had plenty of room.
