The Laguna Lady--Lakefront 3 BR House with Private Dock, Minutes to the Beach!

Welcome to the Laguna Lady! This recently-built, immaculate home backs onto a small lake with a private dock for fishing, kayaking, and other fun family activities. With 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and two living areas, the Laguna Lady has everything you need to make your next Port Aransas trip memorable. Even though the house is a short drive to the beach or town by car or golf cart, you'll feel as though you're miles away from the crowds in this peaceful and serene setting.

When you arrive at the Laguna Lady, you'll be greeted by a beautifully-landscaped yard, a large front deck, and parking for up to four vehicles. The porch is a great place to catch the evening breezes after a day at the beach or on the boat.

Once inside, you'll see the open-concept floorplan on the first floor. The kitchen is spacious and features granite counters, custom tile backsplashes, stainless appliances, and a generous supply of kitchenware. There is a Keurig coffee maker to start your day as well. The large breakfast bar is a great place to grab a quick bite or for use as a preparation/serving station for full meals.

Next to the kitchen is the dining area. If you want to dine with a water view, this is the place for you. The table comfortably seats six guests.

After dinner, your group can head over to the large living area with a huge sectional couch. With wireless internet and smart televisions included, you're sure to find something to entertain your entire group. Of course, you can also look out over the lake to watch the kids play or see the area wildlife.

If you prefer, spend the evening outside on the deck, the patio, or the private dock. The lake is filled by the tides and a variety of fish can be found. There is also a kayak and other equipment available for guests to use. We just ask that you rinse off the equipment and return it to storage at the end of your stay.

The first floor also has a laundry room and half-bath for your convenience.

When you head upstairs, you'll find another living area. This is a great place for the kids to congregate or to find a quiet place to work or catch up on a good book. Just beyond the living area is another deck overlooking the lake. The upper deck has fabulous sunset views most of the year. You'll also find a wet bar with a wine refrigerator just down the hall.

The spacious master suite also opens to the back deck. It features a king bed, fabulous lake views, and it's own smart television. The bathroom has a double vanity, a large walk-in shower with custom tile, a water closet, and a huge walk-in closet.

Down the hall are two other bedrooms that share a full bath with a bathtub/shower combination. The first bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, double closet, smart television, and a desk that can serve as a work station.

The kids will love the bunk room across the hall. It is filled with fun decor and has two sets of bunk beds (2 XL twins over fulls), a large closet, a smart television, and plenty of room for games and toys.

The Laguna Lady is within Port A's "golf cart zone" and you can get to the beach or town in just a few minutes by car or cart.

Occupancy is limited to ten guests and pets are not allowed at the Laguna Lady. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age, and be present at check-in and during the entire stay.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house. Should anyone in your party smoke outside, please take care so that smoke does not blow into the house and please clean up any smoking debris. Violators of the smoking policy may be charged a deep cleaning fee of $350.
