Entièrement rénové, à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur pour la saison 2014! Vous pouvez difficilement être plus près de la plage que cette maison de plage Lost Colony. Situé à quelques pas de la piscine complexe piscine ou à la promenade sur la plage. Le salon principal a un salon et une cuisine ouverte. Il y a deux tables et un sièges quatre et les trois autres avec bar sièges pour quatre ans. La cuisine est bien équipée et il y a des vues de l'eau à partir de tout emplacement dans la salle. Les fenêtres de 30 pieds avec des vues imprenables sur l'océan sont le point de la salle du centre. Il y a une salle de bain complète situé à cet étage. Le dernier étage dispose de trois chambres et une salle de bain complète. Le maître a un lit king size, la deuxième chambre 3 lits jumeaux et la troisième chambre de la Reine. Le canapé en bas des escaliers ouvre également dans un canapé-lit. Le deuxième grand maître au rez de chaussée a un lit King size et une vue imprenable sur l'eau, à quelques pas. Cette unité peut accueillir 10 personnes dans des lits et les animaux domestiques. Il y a internet sans fil pour votre usage. Perfect location!

Definitely a beachfront home - loved hearing the sound of the surf as we sat on the deck. It was one minute walk to the beach - could not have been closer!

This is our third year renting this property because it is beautiful with plenty of room for all of us. 4th Get Away

Great house located directly on beach. Grandson’s first trip to ocean. we all loved the views from the house and deck. The kitchen was a delight to cook in with the beautiful view of the ocean. We fished, made sand castles, and enjoyed riding the waves. Also enjoyed a couple of meals out. Great weekend away!

Spring Break 2025

Location was great! Fridge & freezer smelled HORRIBLE when we got there & we ended up having an ant issue but the property manager was super responsive & helped us resolve the issues promptly. Overall, a good stay.

Had a wonderful time, all was great, we enjoyed it very much. The water was the clearest we had ever seen. Few items to check out - bottom master shower has low to no pressure. 3rd floor bunk room ceiling fan didn’t work- light was fine. Side porch light out. Pest control didn’t stop by and there are some ants, spiders and roaches. Normal stuff- lovely home- we look forward to staying again in the future.

It is a lovely, comfortable, spacious house right next to the beach. The large deck that overlooks the beach is especially nice. The property is well maintained and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving utensils. The house is located close to a beach access walkway. We plan to return next year.
