Welcome to our remodeled condo just a stone's throw away from Boone Pickens Stadium! Enjoy the convenience of being only one block away from the excitement of game day while staying in a modern space. Take a dip in the pool, explore the town on our complimentary bikes, and rest easy knowing that parking is on us. Perfect for sports enthusiasts and travelers alike, book your stay now for a game day getaway you won't forget!

This was previously high end student housing that has been converted in condos and remodeled. It has a pool, hammocks, outdoor grill area, dog area, and bikes for use.

They will have access to entire space and any shared amenities, including parking within 1 block of Boone Pickens Stadium.

We always be available to help when needed.

Unit is centrally located 1 block from Boone Pickens Stadium and minutes from dining / shopping.

Rooms are clean and safe parking. Perfect to park your car and be in short walking distance to stadium and campus sites. Stayed on a weekend and game day, pretty quiet but still right there for all tailgating and stadium activities. Did not have to move the car. The stairs from the parking garage need a good cleaning, but it is a garage. Love the kitchen and the convenience to eat there and the full size fridge!

The condo was very tidy, clean and cute. The communication with the owner/manger was spot on- we had difficulty finding where to park and enter as the information didn’t not speak to how to get in other than the code for the door. Communication was quick, responsive and helpful.

The location was very convenient to OSU and the stadium. The unit was clean and the on-site parking was great. The unit had several little issues which I'm sure will be fixed for the next person who stay here. For us, the Kuerig did not work, one of the kitchen stools was broken, the curtain rod is coming out of the wall on one side. The sheets were cheap and I'd recommend bringing your own pillow. Having said that, the owner was responsive and offered to bring us a replacement stool and reimburse us if we wanted to purchase a replacement coffee maker.

Great stay for OSU/Arkansas game

We stayed the weekend here because it’s walking distance to the OSU football stadium. The unit was clean, pretty and well stocked. It has a parking garage attached with free parking, and we were able to walk to Eskimo Joe’s and Aspen coffee easily.

Wonderful Little Property

This place was a wonderful little landing spot for me and my dogs. It was fully stocked for our needs, comfortable and a great location. I really appreciated the covered parking too.
