This is a newly renovated and fully furnished 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo in the True Blue community. Located on the second floor, this unit boasts tons of natural light, and the community pool is just a few steps away from the front door! Enjoy the outdoor seating on the screened in porch that overlooks the 10th green of the True Blue golf course.

The owners have made numerous improvements including a brand-new kitchen with new white shaker cabinets, new quartz countertops and stainless appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a full size LG refrigerator (with an ice maker), full size washer and dryer, stove, microwave, Keurig, and a traditional drip coffee maker. You will find plenty to prepare most any meal with all brand new cookware, utensils, plates, drinkware, flatware, toaster, ninja blender, and a crock pot. The dining room table can accommodate up to 6 and there is also a bar top, which can be used for extra seating.

All three bedrooms have brand new beds and new 50” smart TV’s with included cable and Samsung TV channels. The master bedroom has a King bed with a private bathroom. The second front master bedroom has a Queen bed with an ensuite bath and sitting area. The middle bedroom has access to the third full hall bathroom and features two Twin beds. There are charging stations with outlets and USB ports to charge devices in all bedrooms and high speed internet to enjoy your favorite streaming platforms, including wi-fi access throughout the unit!

Both master suite bathrooms feature renovated walk-in showers with built in seats and grab assist bars. The vanities have been renovated with neutral accents and new counters. The middle bathroom hosts a bathtub/shower combo. There are plenty of bed and bath linens supplied for your stay.

There is ample seating in the living room, which features a brand new 65” TV with a Queen pull out sleeper sofa. The coffee table is on casters to easily move if the pull out is utilized.

This property has a traditional drip coffee pot and a Keurig.
