First of all the place was immaculate. It was private, but at the same time in a cozy little neighborhood surrounded by the wilderness. All of the beds were comfortable, and the linens and bath towels were all hotel quality. The actual space in the house was fantastic with plenty of room to sprawl out. If you have children, (and even if you don’t) the speakeasy is really awesome. We had two teenagers with us who really enjoyed it. But, I have to say the adults enjoyed it as well. We played shuffleboard, pool, ping-pong, a couple rounds of poker, and even video games. The kids room was a great place for the kids to get away and hang out and if you have younger children, there were plenty of toys and an air hockey game too. The outside space was amazing as well. The sauna and hot tub were used by all. They were well maintained. The outside property was well maintained by a lawn service. There was also an outside movie screen and fire pit, with fire wood provided. We’ve vacationed at many VRBO’S in VT at different times of the year: in the spring for an archery event, in the fall for fall festivals and hiking, and in the winter for skiing and snowboarding. It was the consensus of our family that this VRBO was the best one we’ve ever stayed in. The owner, Brain was quick to respond with any questions. If you are thinking about booking his VRBO, do it. You won’t be disappointed!
