Great place, super close to downtown (walking distance to restaurants and ice cream!). Comfy beds. Had an issue with the living room TV, but host was very responsive in communications and it did not impact our stay.

Cute & Cozy

The apartment was very cute and cozy perfect for a weekend stay. It had everything we needed for a couple days. The other two apartments in the house were occupied by what seemed to be long term tenants but they were not a bother at all didn’t even hear them the whole time we were there.

Running a race with friends

The property was a challenge to find in the dark as well as the alley behind the house. Also it’s a house with a few apartments so making sure you go to the correct door on the correct side of the house is important. It’s a lovely apartment but walking up to the door and seeing someone in the door right beside it was awkward at first.

I'm originally from California but grew up in Oxford, MI. I enjoy the outdoors, riding motorcycles, spending time with my cats, and helping people find their dream homes. Family is really important to me, and I love meeting new people and ensuring they have a wonderful stay with us!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

When we first explored living in Lapeer, we stumbled upon our apartment, checked it out the same day, and signed the lease the very next! Little did we know we'd eventually buy that exact home. Being just minutes away from my husband's family, we loved the vibrant nightlife, easy strolls around town, and all the amenities the area has to offer.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Historic Charm: Built in 1900, it carries a century-old history, adding character and a sense of nostalgia.

Prime Location: Situated steps away from Lapeer's top restaurants, shops, parks, and nightlife, making it convenient for guests to explore and enjoy the city's attractions.

Cozy and Functional: Despite its age, the apartment offers modern conveniences such as a fully equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms, ensuring comfort and practicality during the stay.
