Winter/Spring pricing:

2 night rental $7.2k – $9.2k

3 night rental $9.2k - $11.2k



Summer/Fall pricing:

2 night rental $8.2k – $10.2k

3 night rental $10.2k - $12.2k

7 night rental $16.2k-17.2k



Holiday rentals increase in price 1k-2k



$800 cleaning fee

$1,000-1,500 refundable security deposit

Airbnb fees are on top of all rental fees
