The Space:

Après-Blu is a spacious condo unit with tall cathedral ceilings and stunning views of both the Monterra Golf Course and Blue Mountain. Park your car for the trip and walk to the Village to access skiing, activities, restaurants, shops and more.



Après-Blu is a recently updated and spacious 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom unit that fronts onto Blue Mountain and backs onto the Monterra Golf Course. The main floors boasts a large living room with plenty of space to relax with your group around the gas fireplace. The open concept kitchen / dining room provides space for your group to cook and eat together. Head outside and enjoy on of the two patios at this property. You'll find a BBQ and seating with Blue Mountain views. Have lots of ski gear? No problem, we have you covered! Plenty of room for your group to store your skis / snowboards just inside the unit. And don't forget to relax in the private Sauna after a long day outside.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a couple locked owners closets. Free parking in front of the unit.



Two parking passes will be provided and need to be used in your car. Without the passes you could receive a ticket. Parking passes must be left in the unit upon checkout or a $50 fee will be billed to replace.



The Neighborhood:

Wintergreen fronts onto Blue Mountain and backs onto the Monterra Golf Course. The unit is located within a 5 minute walk from Blue Mountain Village restaurants, activities, shops, and more.



Getting Around:

Blue Mountain Village is accessible by walking, biking or driving. Downtown Collingwood with grocery stores and shops is located within a 10-15 minute drive. Thornbury is within a 10-15 minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

There is a Sauna located in the primary bedroom. Please ensure it is turned off when done using.
