The space:

The 90 sqm. apartment is spacious and pleasant.
The apartment is bright and ventilated.
It is located in a quiet residential area, yet only minutes away from all activities such as night life, beaches, restaurants and anything you might like.
The staircase is made of marble and gives a royal unique atmosphere every time you enter the building.
The apartment is on the second floor, without an elevator.
The apartment has a very large living room with a lot of space.
In the living room there is one sofa-bed that opens into a 100 cm wide bed and another large sofa that you can also comfortably sleep or nap on.
There is a 42" tv in the living room with Chrome Cast TV. You can connect all your personal devices to it and continue your series exactly where you left off before arriving at the apartment.
The apartment also has 2 pleasant and spacious bedrooms.
One is furnished in a vintage royal style and the other in a modern style.
There is an open air balcony with 2 entrances.
The entrance to the balcony is from each of the bedrooms.
The kitchen is very large and contains all the necessary equipment to feel comfortable and cozy, just like home.
When you arrive, some coffee capsules will be waiting for you, so you can relax and have a coffee until you buy your favorite coffee.
The kitchen table is very large and can host 6 diners comfortably.
The table can also easily turn into a comfy working desk.
The bathroom is big and have plenty of good pressure hot water.
For your convinience, there are several mirrors in the house at the entrance, in the bedroom and in the bathroom.
Guest access
The access to the apartment is very comfirtable as the apartment is located in a quiet residential area where there is enough free parking all the time.
The building is well maintained and protected by an intercom door (of course you will get the key :) ).
Guests have access to all parts of the apartment.
Other things to note
In only a few minutes drive you will find:
~ 5 breath taking beaches that contain cliff-shores, swimming areas with a comfortable access to the water and a cafe and surfing beaches.
~ All kinds of restaurants and cafes.
~ The old city of Peniche
~ Night life activities.
~ Many surfing clubs for beginners and pro.
Within a longer drive of 15-30 min. you will find Obidos and Caldas da Rainha that offer attractions such as the old city, shopping centers and much more.
Along the beach, 40 min. to the north you will get to Nazare, the place with the highest surfing waves in the world.
40 min. to the south you will arrive at Ericeira, another famous surfing town.
