Welcome to our newly renovated home in Saginaw, MN! It's conveniently situated just 10 minutes from Cloquet, 15 minutes from Hermantown, 15 minutes from Proctor, and 20 minutes from Duluth.

This fantastic space is perfect for the whole family, featuring four rooms. We provide a pack and play and high chair for your convenience. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with king beds, one with a queen, while the fourth has two twin beds.

Upstairs: You'll find the bedroom with a king bed, bedroom with a queen bed, a spacious living room with a lovely fireplace and desk area for working, a kitchen, a dining room, a free washer and dryer, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower.

Downstairs: There are two bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. Enjoy a large living area with another beautiful fireplace, as well as a gaming area with a foosball table.

Please note that the basement is only accessible for able-bodied guests, as it requires climbing stairs and accessing an egress window in case of an emergency.
Ample parking is available for guests, but please be aware that the garage is off-limits.

Our home is conveniently located next to the Caywood Country Store, which offers a large parking area. Coffee, snacks, pizza and whatever you need for your stay is just walking distance!
