Perfect Lake Hartwell getaway! Home is on big water tucked in a large cove on Lake Hartwell. A short walk down a gentle slope takes you to the dock for fishing or water fun! On a quiet street where you can relax and enjoy nature with amenities in Anderson, Greenville and Clemson!
The home is a short boat ride from Big Water Marina for all your boat rental needs and entertainment. Big Water Marina also offers a lake side eatery and floating adventure Splash Island. The Local Pub is right up the street for a close and delicious night out.
The is no need to leave the lake with lounging on the dock or sitting on the deck with a glass of wine. There is a swing set for kids and toys in the home, no need to bring anything for the kids!
If you want to explore Anderson has great restuarants and we are happy to provide reccomendations. Greenville is just up the road with muesums, restraunts, breweries, and sports. Clemson is also close by with plenty of college sports and activities for everyone!

The home has three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, master bath and access to the back deck from the bedroom. The bunk bedroom has a quad bunk bed with extra long twin beds and can sleep four adults or children comfortably. The final guest room features a queen bed. There is a shared bath between to two additional bedrooms featuring a shower/tub and two sinks.

The living room is large and light filled with plenty of area for games and movie nights. There is a small play area in the living room also stocked with toys. The kitchen is stocked with all supplies for cooking and eating in.

The back deck has a covered awning over part of the deck and umbrellas for the other areas. There is also a grill on the deck. The path to the dock is not paved but has a gentle slope without any steps.
