Newly renovated mobile home equipped with everything you could possibly need PLUS a gorgeous lake view! Close to Green Pond, Broyles, and Apple Island boat landing. Apple Island boat landing is within walking distance. Plenty of space for your boat trailer. A boat dock is available for docking only. Enough parking for 2 boat trailers.

This is our second time staying on the property. That should tell you something right there
that we returned. I think the price point for what you get is amazing. And what you get is a very clean, remodeled mobile home with comfortable bedding and a comfortable living room and a decently stocked kitchen. You also get the view of the lake, which is great to sit out on the porch for a morning cup of coffee.

Was in town for a bass tournament.Very close to Broyles landing.Very clean.Plenty room for two 20ft bassboats.Fantastic host! Cant wait to come back.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our weekend. We were staying for Rock The Country and it was a short drive to Anderson. It was clean, quiet and communication with Robin was great. Very quick to reply to our questions. We will definitely stay again and enjoy the lake more next time.

Except for the rain I and two grandsons had an enjoyable time. The deck was very comfortable, and the view of the lake was gorgeous.

So beautiful and peaceful

This place was absolutely amazing!!!! The view from the back deck was fabulous and the home and any and everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be returning for another weekend away
