Newly renovated mobile home equipped with everything you could possibly need PLUS a gorgeous lake view! Close to Green Pond, Broyles, and Apple Island boat landing. Apple Island boat landing is within walking distance. Plenty of space for your boat trailer. A boat dock is available for docking only. Enough parking for 2 boat trailers.

Very nice! One of the cleanest most well stocked rental. Host was pleasant and responsive to requests. Beautiful setting, dock for fishing. Can’t wait to come back in the summer and swim in the lake. Well worth the money and close to everything. Thank you for having us. We will be back soon.

This is our second time staying on the property. That should tell you something right there…that we returned. I think the price point for what you get is amazing. And what you get is a very clean, remodeled mobile home with comfortable bedding and a comfortable living room and a decently stocked kitchen. You also get the view of the lake, which is great to sit out on the porch for a morning cup of coffee.
