Summerchase Penthouse 3

This place was amazing. Very Clean and Very spacious. The views are amazing. The only downside was the soaking tub was out of order which was a disappointment for my wife. Everything else was exactly as pictured. I would definitely stay here again.

Penthouse Condo

Condo was amazing. It was better than expected. So spacious and well appointed. Beautiful location and very clean. We've already booked for next year. Our three year old grandson keeps saying let's go back to the penthouse. His new phrase is "P" is for Penthouse. Can't wait to go back!

Just Amazing!

This was our 2nd time staying and it was just as wonderful! The condo is open and spacious and has pretty much everything you'd need. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms spa like. Summerchase has a fantastic location and amenities. I dont think we will ever stay somewhere else. Prickett Properties is super easy to communicate with and so quick to answer questions. We didn't have any issues that required me to contact them during our stay but I have no doubt they would have assisted immediately. Can't wait for next year!

Summer Vacation

The property was very nice. It was centrally located and an easy walk to many places. We enjoyed walking to Coastal for dinner and to the trail at Gulf State park. Excellent vacation spot!

Huge beautiful condo. Had a wonderfully stay and would gladly stay again. Deck furniture is aging and has pieces of wicker that are loose and stick you if you’re not careful.

We loved this space! Great location, more than enough room, excellent view. Don't think the AC was 100% working but that was our only issue. Will for sure stay again!

Sloooooow drains!

Had MAJOR issues with showers draining in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. Your guy came out and poured some draino in them, but it never really drained well. One of the issues seems the slope of the shower floor isn't adequate enough to move the water to the drain. Overall, awesome place, just the drain issue. The drains should be part of a weekly maintenance routine.

Beautiful Family Condo

We had a great time staying at Penthouse 3 for Christmas this year (2024). The winter rates made it a great deal for our family (6) plus we brought along grandma and grandpa. Having three bedrooms connected to three bathrooms was perfect for our family and there were more beds then we needed. The hidden bunks provided a great place for our toddlers to sleep, and gave their older brothers the other bunk room. The bathrooms were HUGE, there were plenty of linens for each room, and the closets and storage space was exceptional. We loved that the condo had beach chairs and toys, games, books, toys for kiddos, and smart TVs. The balcony was large and fit all 8 of us nicely along with the large dinning table and living room. We would love to stay here again - being steps from the beach, and across the street from some of our favorite restaurants was a bonus. Our kids loved the indoor pool on cooler days and the proximity to everything at Orange Beach was awesome. We had a great 7 days and were sad to leave.
