Phoenix West II face au golfe 3BR / 4BA, grand condo luxueux entièrement carrelé,

La chambre principale a un lit king size avec une salle de bains attenante avec une double douche séparée, un jacuzzi et deux lavabos avec comptoirs en granit. La 2ème chambre a deux lits queen et la troisième a deux lits doubles. Toutes les chambres ont attaché des bains. Salon et toutes les chambres disposent de téléviseurs intelligents; 60 'dans le salon et 40' dans les chambres à coucher. Le salon a également un lecteur DVR, câble, DVD et CD et Sony stéréo avec Ipod et entrées USB. Il ya un raccordement HDMI supplémentaire pour une console de jeu. Le balcon privé donnant sur le Golfe et plages de sable blanc. Le condo est situé au 24ème étage et offre une excellente perche pour voir la vie marine à travers les eaux claires du Golfe. Ceci est la chose que nous aimons le plus dans ce condo. Vous pouvez littéralement voir les bancs de poissons et les dauphins à travers l'eau comme ils nagent passé. Apportez votre appareil photo avec une lentille polarisée pour les meilleures photos. Après 4 années de recherche, nous avons décidé sur ce condo parce qu'il a tout; une grande facilité d'exercice, lazy river sur le Golfe, de grandes piscines intérieures et extérieures, est à quelques pas de la plage, pour ne pas mentionner les saunas, jacuzzis, hammams, et des courts de tennis. This condo was beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The views from the balcony were amazing. Hosts were wonderful to work with and communion was excellent. Wonderful stay

Everything was easy from reserving, check in and payments. Condo was exactly as described and very comfortableOnly thing off was the popcorn we found under the couch and dining table from the previous quests. Other than that the condo was spotless. The Oasis (formerly Phoenix west II) had wonderful amenities, easy parking with plenty of luggage cats and fast elevators

New Years at 2409

Great vacation home, with wonderful views for winter sunrise and sunset. We enjoyed our stay for New Years and saw dolphins from the balcony every morning. Highly recommend staying here any time of the year.

My wife and I are both native New Orleanians. She is a special education teacher and I work as an engineer. My wife has spent nearly every summer vacation in Orange Beach since she was a child and loves the area. I enjoy sailing and since we purchased the condo I am looking forward to moving my boat to one of the local marinas and sailing the area whenever I have a chance.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This is one of the best, if not the best overall property in Orange Beach. It is certainly the newest. As an engineer, I was impressed with the construction. The building and attached garage is 100% reinforced concrete. There are solid concrete walls between every condo which makes the condos very quiet. There is no structural wood in the complex including the interior walls in the condos. The entire building and each condo, has a sprinkler system. There are a total of 8 high speed elevators which can travel the 30 floors in just over 30 seconds..... Well, that was the engineer speaking. From a vacation stand point this building has every possible amenity and is located just steps from the Gulf and beautiful white sand beaches.

The 24th floor is great for fish and dolphin watching from the balcony. At this height you can peer down into clear Gulf water. The floor is high enough to mitigate crowd noise, but retain the sound of the surf, allowing peaceful viewing of the Gulf from the private balcony. There is also an element of privacy.
