Nice House Poor Communication

The house and location were as expected. No kitchen hot water and handwashing dishes with little VACASA support (said they would call a plumber but no action in 4-day stay) was disappointing.

Great house

Great house but very delayed communication with Vacasa. No communication from actual property owner. Requested a propane tank for the grill multiple times and was told it was being delivered but never arrived.

An ocean adjacent house built for very tall people.

This house was built by or for very tall people. Doors are all 8 feet (2.44 meters), and equally high shower heads. Deep stair treads. Thr furniture is comfortable and kitchen is well equipped, incuding a good selection of glass tupperwares, though like most rentals, the knives are dull. Comfortable beds on the softer side. Some weird choices were made during construction, one of the best views is from the master bath window. The second best view is from the master bedroom balcony. The living room looks out to a wooded area. The hot tub is in excellent condition, but exposed to the main entry road. Far enough off of the main drags that you can enjoy ocean sounds without accompanying car noise. Overall, an excellent place to relax with friends for a few days!

Amazing!

Everything was perfect! Location, amenities, the house! The only thing was when they text you the address of the house, don’t just click on the link because it will take you to Ocean Shores. Make sure to double check the address that it says “Westport” not Ocean Shores. This happened to the people staying in the house next to us too. So hopefully they can figure that part out, but everything was awesome! We loved it!!!

Beautiful home on the beach

This house is absolutely beautiful. Everything looks brand new! It was super clean. The beds were so comfortable my husband and I pulled off the sheets to find out what kind of mattress it was so we could buy one! The beach was just a short walk away, and there was hardly anyone there. So much nicer than the crowded beaches we’ve gone to before. There were lots of shells and pretty rocks for the grandkids to bring home. Our favorite part, was the game room. I taught my 12-year-old grandson how to play pool and we had such a good time. There were old-school video games to play as well. We had a rainy day and that saved us. We had trouble getting the front door to open, but a phone call got that straightened out in no time. We were given a new code and it worked perfectly. I will definitely use Vacasa again.
