My family had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, and decorated so cute. It had everything we could need. Super clean, easy check in/out. The host was quick to respond if we needed him. Easy access to beach nearby and not a bad drive to the main strip. Would definitely recommend!!

What a fabulous property! The house was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels, dishes, and things like TP and hand soap. The furniture is good quality, beds are super comfy, the showers with rainfall shower heads are so nice! It was awesome to sit on the decks and watch the birds. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a decent restaurant within walking distance. And of course it’s just a short drive to downtown Galveston. I’ve stayed in quite a few VRBO properties and this was one of the nicest. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again.

Perfect home for multiple families!

We absolutely loved our stay at mermaid cove! The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. Everyone agreed that the beds were comfortable and we loved having four full bathrooms for everyone to use. Location was an easy drive to the beach and state park. Would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving stay

We scheduled this property to be close to the state park. It was a very quiet neighborhood. House was perfect with plenty of space, bathrooms, and things to do like games, cards, and DVDs. Would definitely book this again.

Mermaid Cove is a beautiful new property. It's quiet location but easy beach access was appealing to our family. It is clean, well stocked, and spacious. We would come again. The pictures don't do it justice. It was a wonderful stay! Highly recommend.

4th of July weekend

5/5 stars! We had an incredible stay at our beach house over the weekend! The house located on Pirate beach was amazing! The place was absolutely stunning, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The communication was seamless, and they provided us with tons of recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The location was perfect, with the Seawall being about 13 minute drive and restaurants just a short walk away. We would highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Galveston. Thank you again for an unforgettable experience!
