Delightful family stay

This is a beautiful rental that is very close to Cascade and other beautiful things in the area. We had a very nice stay for two nights. The kitchen generally has everything that you would want and the games in the basement are very nice for young kids. We would love to stay there again and recommend it for families.

Very quiet and clean.

Very nice place to stay. Hosts were in touch as needed and was willing to help in anyway they could to make your stay pleasant. Good people and would stay there again. Enjoy the ping pong table- we did!

Weekend get away

A beautiful property with tons of amenities. We enjoyed hiking and swimming at Devils Lake and stopping at some great restaurants and breweries. It would be a great choice for skiing at Cascade as well.

House was beautiful in a beautiful wooded area.

We had a long week with friends for my 60th.bday. We had a great time. We were in the hotub every night after going into town.

5 star home with a 3 star kitchen. We loved all the space and the amenities offered at this home. It was very close to everywhere we wanted to be- Baraboo, Dells, and Portage. Plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 children. We would consider staying here again but would plan our meals differently. As a large family we try to save money when we travel by cooking meals where we stay. This kitchen was missing a lot of basic items and things were stored very haphazardly. Drawers are old and falling out so digging around for what you need is difficult. Items I could not find included- liquid measuring cup, full set of measuring cups and spoons, kitchen tongs (there are grill tongs), whisk, and more than one cooking spoon that isn’t slotted, and a dish rag or sponge to wipe counters and table. Biggest issue trying to cook our Easter meal was that oven was a strange, small, German unit. My yeasted items- cinnamon rolls and breads did not rise and cook through and were inedible- temp might be off. Ham had to be cut in pieces prior to cooking to fill the tiny oven. I say all this not to be overly critical but to help the next renter if they plan to cook. Host was responsive and helpful. If you aren’t cooking much do not hesitate to book this home.

The moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable in this beautiful home. It offered something for everyone. The hot tub and sauna provided ultimate relaxation. Check-in was a breeze, and I appreciated the flexibility for an extended stay. Highly recommend! We will rebook!

Couldn’t be happier!

This property was so beautiful! My fiancé, 14 year old daughter, and 17 month old son stayed with my best friend, her husband, and their 14 year old daughter. It rained for the majority of our stay, but there was plenty to do in the house (the selection of games is awesome) and we had a BLAST. We could get a hold of the hosts easily, as they responded within 10 minutes or less. They were so hospitable and helpful. The house is located just 25 min from Wisconsin Dells and 18 minutes to Baraboo! We will definitely be booking here again!
