BMT Graduation

Over all the stay was pretty good. The property has some issues that needed to be addressed like the master bathroom didn’t have a working toilet and the shower didn’t work. Notified the property owner and was told a plumber would be out at 4pm the following day. We were not at the property during that time but gave permission for the plumber to enter even though we weren’t there. When we arrived back to the property we noticed that the plumber never came. I notified the owner and never heard anything back. So our 3 day stay we didn’t have use of the master bath.

Perfect San Antonio location

This is a great 3 bedroom home close to Sea World in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed quick access to highways and about 25 minutes feom downtown. Very clean and well supplied. Communication was quick and pleasant

Wouldn’t book again.

When we arrived had not received the entry info had to wait about 4 1/2 hours to receive it. Upon entry the house was quaint. Up close, in need of a deep cleaning. The walls and doors were dirty, sink in the bathroom backed up, tubs were dingy, the kitchen needed to be deep cleaned and the backyard left a great deal to be desired. The swing hung lopsided. There was dog feces in the yard. The entire time we were there some children were blowing a car’s horn. The neighbor was up early fixing his car, entire back side hanging out. The carpet in one of the bedrooms was nasty, had dirty spots in it. Just needed a real professional cleaning. We didn’t use the towels, just didn’t feel comfortable. The location was great for our needs. Overall , I wish I had selected something else. My children even remarked about some of the same things I have listed here.

Great house!

Our family had a wonderful time at this home, we came for our son’s graduation for the Air Force. The property was clean, everything was perfect and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to JBSA. The host was very helpful and promptly responded to any inquiries we had.

Short get away

There was a couple of things that are in need of fixing. But we all enjoyed the house. Comfy beds nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. The Ac and ceilings fans were great. We will recommend to friends.

Well thought out

I was impressed that the front dining light was on a sensor so we were not searching for the light switch in a new location. It was very clean and accommodating for guests of any age. We were visiting for a family reunion and we stayed comfortably with 4 adults and one teenager.

Nice & Roomy

It was kindof a last minute booking for 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 7 year old. In town for a youth basketball tournament. The home was clean, plenty of room to sit and visit, and the home is set up nicely. The king bed was nice in the primary room, but very high off the ground. The only issues we had was the grass needed cutting (but last minute booking), there were not enough towels for 7 people, could use extra pillows and blankets, and one of the TVs in the kids room was missing the cord. I would recommend maybe a few more pics on the listing of all the areas in the home and the outside front entry with the Texas Star. It is a really nice home and we would stay there again. If you are going to Sea World, its only like 12 minutes away.
