The property was overall smaller than I thought considering it had 4 bedrooms and slept 10. The kitchen table only seated 4. Also, there was no place to hand towels. Could definitely tell that pets had been at the property. However, the owner was easy and quick in communicating. The hot tub was nice.

Our home is designed with a modern open-concept layout, which includes a dining table for 4 guests plus a large kitchen island that comfortably seats up to 6 more, providing plenty of seating overall. Regarding towels, we provide them based on the number of guests and length of stay. For shorter stays (like 2 days), each guest receives 2 towels, which is typically sufficient. For longer stays, we provide additional towels. We also have a fully equipped laundry room with detergent available, and all guests are welcome to use it anytime. During your stay, we did not receive any requests or concerns regarding towels, seating, or the bedrooms. In fact, based on your messages, you mentioned that you were enjoying your stay. For that reason, we were a bit surprised by this feedback after checkout. We are always happy to address any concerns immediately when guests let us know during their stay. Thank you again for staying with us.

We had 5 adults. We used all 4 bedroooms. We stayed 3 nights. The property worked out great. The host was very responsive. The only downfall was we could only use the hot tub one morning because it took so long to heat up. We would recommend this property to others. The inside of the home was true based on the pictures.

Great location; comfy accommodations

Enjoyed the place. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Hot tub was a nice benefit especially for my bad back. Needed a bit more seating capacity but was manageable. Definitely will use the house the next time we’re in town.

Super Clean and Plenty of Room

Cleanliness is a major issue when we travel and this place was spotless. We had plenty of room for all seven of us. Big back yard for our dog to roam and feel at home. The owner checked in on us and answered all question quickly. Very easy to contact. We had a wonderful stay

Worked For What We Needed

Overall, our stay was adequate for what we needed. The host communicated very clearly. The home was clean and updated. If you book, you don’t have access to the thermostat. The living/kitchen area does not have working AC and can be very hot. The host provided a fan unit that helped a little. The back part of the house was significantly cooler and individual fans are provided. Overall, the stay was fine and worked for what we needed.

Just to clarify, during Texas summers it can reach 110°F, so we use a screen lock on the thermostat this is standard for many Airbnb/VRBO homes. The thermostat is designed for remote control, and we’re always happy to adjust it anytime a guest requests. During your stay, we never received any request or concern about the thermostat or indoor temperature. We truly appreciate your comments and will continue working to improve guest comfort. Hannah's Graduation Trip

Brought my little cousin to DFW for her graduation gift from H.S. I have a niece and great-niece who live there. There were 7 in our group. Before we even left, I was so impressed with the responsiveness of the owner to my questions. Loved that the house was only minutes from the airport. House was so clean, so spacious for us, and we enjoyed just sitting out back and chatting. We cooked big breakfasts and one dinner. Only thing I would suggest is more pots and pans. Other than that, the kitchen was more than adequate. This will be my spot for future visits for sure. Thank you again for being such a wonderful host.

Nice house but Be Aware

The house is nicely remodeled, property owner responds quickly however, the online listing is misleading. The 4th bedroom that is locked is the 3rd queen bed - not specifically disclosed in the online listing. There’s an extra charge of 35 a night to unlock this bedroom - also not specifically disclosed in the online listing. The primary room comforter did not appear to be clean (yellow in color in several spots). The property owner filed a claim for property damage for having makeup and shampoo on two towels and shampoo/conditioner spots on a small section in the shower which caused “extra cleaning” so I would suggest bringing your own towels and do a cleaning yourself before checking out.

Irving Oasis with The Best Host!!!

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Anar saved our vacation and didn't even know it! We booked at a hotel initially, only to find it to be absolutely terrible! My party of 6 children and 3 other adults (one being my mother-in-law) were displaced 1,100 miles from home! I was able to find this Irving property on Vrbo and booked with no problem. Anar sent my details immediately and we were able to check in with ease. When my family and I walked in to the house, it was like visiting a relative's home. Everything was so clean and welcoming. This place held a warmth that only a person who really cared about our comfort could provide. The paper towels were even folded into a bow! These super cute little touches were lovingly provided throughout the home. There were board games to play, an extremely clean hot tub to use, a pristine charcoal grill, plenty of parking, a well lit and pristine yard, a washer and dryer, comfy beds, beautiful upscale bathrooms, friendly neighbors, the list goes on. I have to say I was a little anxious about everything being white in the kitchen and bathrooms, but they were easy to wipe down after cooking and showering due to the materials they were made of, so I was able to relax once I figured that out. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood, but it was very private. Anar checked in via email daily to ask if we were comfortable or needed anything, and when I did request anything the response was so kind and prompt. This was a magnificent experience!!!
