Summary:
This home is a three bedroom 2 full bath with approximately 1400 square feet plus a large covered porch and a nice yard on a corner lot. This space includes a full kitchen with all top of the line appliances including a black stainless smooth top stove/oven, larger refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, front load clothes washer and dryer with steam. Coffee maker, toaster & blender also included along with cookware & dinnerware, etc. Very comfortable mattresses w/Cool Gel & large TVs!
The Space:
The Charm of this 3 bedroom 2 bath Historical Home downtown with modern amenities including a large, full & completely furnished kitchen with separate dining, plus top of the line Cool Gel memory foam medium firm mattresses and large flat screen TV's will surely please you and yours! High ceilings, original hardwood floors, three decorative fireplaces and large covered front porch with swing and cushioned outdoor furniture comfy furniture is also a big plus! The unique atmosphere will set you back in time as you swing on the front porch or conveniently take a stroll only a few blocks downtown while you pass our Artsy Library and Wilson Park with the large water fountain feature before reaching The legendary Shoals Theatre, UNA college, several shops, unique restaurants and many other attractions downtown! This home is one of a kind and is so comfortable it feels like home away from home!
Guest Access:
My Guests will have full private access to this space which includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, living room, a separate dining room and a larger porch with cushioned furniture and a nice relaxing porch swing!
There is a daylight basement that is not accessible to this rental that will be renovated soon for a separate and/or adjoined optional addition for either rental! (but no worries since we will not work on it during your stay).
The Neighborhood:
The Charm of this Historical Downtown home will set you back in time as you seing on the front porch and conveniently take a stroll only a fee blocks downtown while you pass our Artsy Style Library that displays local history and Wilson Park with the large water fountain to reach many other attractions on Court Street with several little shops and many restaurants. Or you may want to walk the right a few blocks to explore the UNA campus and visit their famous UNA Lion mascots Leo III and Una! There are several other interrelated places to explore very close by also such as the Indian museum close to McFarland Park, that also includes a new Tourism Center and a floating restaurant (Stanfield's River Bottom Grill) along with a beach area, a playground, soccer field, disc golf course, pavilions and picnic table along Pickwick lake/Tennessee River! Other museums and Historical Landmarks also available!
Getting Around:
You will have alot of attractions to explore within a few blocks of this home along with several places to est and a Fred's for essentials, etc.
Other Things to Note:
We love pets so we are pet friendly with a pet fee according to size/breed/ number of pets so please help us to get to know your pets before you arrive!
**Important Note - If pet fee is not paid before arrival and a pet is found the reservation will becancelled immediately andall guests willbe asked to leave at that time.
