Place is unreal… such a good location to cafes and restaurants. Terry was magnificent and very helpful, enjoy the treats I left for you in the fridge mate

The unit was well located, accessible to all shopping and travel needs. However, it was lacking a lot of essentials:napkins, paper towels, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, tissues, vegetable peeler, measuring cup and spoons, salt and pepper and basic spices, small bowls (e.g. for fruit). Also, need another heater! One is insufficient to heat the entire unit. A shelf in the bathroom is suggested as well as directions for the stove and oven (the symbols on them are meaningless). Need to replace the batteries in the hall clock and the soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken.

As a self-catering Airbnb, consumables like spices, foil, paper towels, and pantry items aren't something we stock between guests — this is standard for self-catering listings. That said, we always want guests to feel comfortable and at home. Some of your points are completely fair and we've already acted on them: • Soap dispenser — replaced. • Hall clock batteries — done. • Oven/stove guide — we're putting together a simple instruction card for future guests. • Heating and bathroom storage — we'll be reviewing both. I cannot speak highly enough about our stay here. The flat is bright, spacious immaculate , and a haven of peace and tranquility in amongst the bustle of Capetown. The pool and area around it is ideal for relaxing in providing both sunshine and shade. The flat is managed by Terry, the super host and he has been an absolute angel. Nothing was ever too much for him and he went way beyond the extra mile to ensure that we had everything we needed to feel safe and ‘at home’ This is without doubt a gem of a find .
