Family ski trip

Great house for our family. Loved the table for dinners and games, enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was perfect except Park City ski patrol was on strike so too much money spent on a ski trip with 30% and less of lifts open. Will be hard to get my family to go back

Family retreat

Excellent property, very clean, comfy beds, plenty of space. Would suggest more cooking pans and utensils, but there are plenty of plates and glassware. Parking is a pain if you have more than 3 vehicles because neighbors leave nasty handwritten notes on cars, but there is parking at the clubhouse just down the road. Overall we loved the space and would stay here again!

Wonderful House, great for large groups

The house is simply amazing. Everything we needed and more. We had 12 adults and plenty of comfortable sitting. The kitchen is fully equipped with all and more that we needed. Jacuzzi was a blessing. The Club House was also great, although we didn't even need to use it because the house was awesome already. Clean as well.

Beautiful Spacious place to stay with a crowd.

My children and grandchildren loved staying in this beautiful home. We enjoyed Jordanelle, the Heber Creeper train, and hiking. I gave a 4 star overall rating because when I asked questions before our trip it took a long time to get a response. The keycard to the pool and weight room did not work the last 3 days of our stay and the problem wasn’t resolved. One day someone let us in and we had to borrow their card to get into the bathrooms. We were told that the HOA said the card key not working was a problem for many people and they were working on it. That was a disappointment.

Amazing home, but communication needs improving

I wish I could give this stay five stars because the home itself is absolutely amazing. The rooms are so spacious, beds are beyond comfortable, and the home has every amenity (from games to kitchen supplies) you could ever need. Our family truly enjoyed the home for our family ski trip. However, the communication with Vacasa needs improving. They were not communicative before arrival when we asked about early check-in opportunities, and we had a maintenance emergency during the trip (an icicle fell through the garage ceiling) that nobody responded to for two days. Had our rental car been parked where it should've been in the garage, we would've incurred serious damage. Vacasa runs this home like a business (ex: wanting $110 for three hours of late check-out) which takes away from the experience. However, the home was worth it and I'd still recommend it despite the communication issues.

Had a great time!

Our stay here was so fun! The space was very clean and welcoming. A highlight feature was the “electronic” toilets as our kids were calling them. The rooms were well stocked with everything we needed from soap to extra bedding. The communication with Vacasa was very prompt and helpful! Upon arrival we noticed the hot tub was not full and was discolored- so I reached out to them and within a few hours they had the issue fixed and the hot tub was perfect. SUPER impressed with their promptness on this matter. The 4 star rating comes from an issue we had accessing the clubhouse- the listing shows the pool and clubhouse as part of its features, but our keycard wouldn’t work so we reached out again and discovered the homeowner has quit paying for the membership to the clubhouse hence our keycard was no longer active. That was frustrating because the pool.clubhouse was a huge deciding factor when we were looking for a place. But we were still able to make it work and still had a great time. Thank you Vacasa for your quick care and making us feel at home!

Nicest rental we've stayed in!

Most rentals look better in pictures than in reality, but not this one! Everything was tasteful and modern, and it was immaculately clean. The hot tub wasn't advertised at the time we booked (nor pictured), so that was a pleasant surprise once we got there. The kitchen was reasonably well-equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. One member of our group has special health needs that require making smoothies, but we forgot to bring a blender. I asked management if it would be possible to acquire one, and a few hours later a brand new one was delivered to us. So the service and support were really above and beyond. The place was really kid-friendly, including a brand new pack-and-play, step stool, and high chair for our toddler, as well as lots of board games and puzzles for the older kids. The other thing that I want to mention is in regards to sleeping comfort: Many rentals don't have comfy enough beds (my husband and I prefer something squishy, not firm), and many don't have room-darkening blinds or curtains in the bedrooms. Thankfully, we found the beds comfy, and the dark wood blinds kept out most light for better sleeping.

Wow! Great house for groups

We stayed here for a corporate trip and had plenty of room to spread out. The golden tee game and hot tub out back were awesome to have for downtime. Easy to get to Deer Valley, Restaurants and Shopping Downtown. Highly recommend for large groups and families traveling to the Park City area.

Awesome home!

Very functional for large family groups! Learned to play Golden-Tee thanks to that arcade game being there. Plenty of space, kitchen set up perfectly with everything you need from cooking to storage, there's even a chair for the littles! Unbelievably close to EVERYTHING. Lots to do within 10 minutes of the house - we had the best time and hope we're able to get in again next ski season....maybe even a summer trip.
