We had a wonderful stay, the views and the patio were very stunning. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Excellent location. Definitely loved the soaking tubs on the patio. thanks for a delightful stay!

Staying on the lake with a fantastic view, access to jump into lake during an unusually warm week, and an attentive host, was the trifecta for a successful family vacation. With enough bedrooms for each adult couple to have their own space, a play area stocked with toys and games (to the delight of the toddler), two decks to spread out and the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental, we had a blast. It was very convenient to have three of the bedrooms on the same level with the top deck overlooking the water, the kitchen, dining table and the entrance (one stair up) to the home to allow for a more accessible option for those in our party unable to go up and down stairs both in the house and down to several flights of stairs to the dock. The tubs outside even got some use both by kiddos warming up post lake and by the adults to watch the lake shenanigans from above while warming their sore muscles. The host was easy to contact and provided the information for several outfitters to add to our trip like paddle boards, fish charters and more. We had a great time and would definitely book again!

This house is ideal for a getaway. The weather didn’t favor us for lake time, but the soaking tubs and a couple bottles of wine with my girlfriends made it memorable.

Amazing location

The location, decks and water access were everything we hoped for. The house is older and has some issues like stuck doors/drawers, missing trim, musty smell, lots of weeds
overall not in great shape but the lake is fabulous. The house is well-stocked and the furniture inside and out worked well for us.

We had a great stay at the house! It was large enough to sleep 11 people very comfortably. The beds are very comfortable, the towels are plentiful and the kitchen is well stocked with silverware and plates. We loved the dock and access to the water, and the soaking tubs were a big hit. And the sauna....that was so nice on the one day it rained during our trip. It was a great house, we will hopefully have the chance to return someday soon!

Beautiful lake front home!

We stayed at this beautiful lakefront home for our son’s wedding in town, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The large deck overlooking the lake was the highlight, a peaceful retreat where we could relax and take in the view- such a calming spot during a busy weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably and have our own space (3 couples and 2 young adults), and fun updates throughout including a brand new sauna room and soaking tubs built in to the lower deck! It was the perfect home base for such a special occasion. Highly recommend!

Awesome Location

The owners/hosts (Shalia & her husband) are super friendly, responsive & accommodating. Their communication is outstanding. The view of Wallowa Lake from the top deck is beautiful. The house was clean & well equipped. We would definitely stay here again !

Lakefront living for family fun

This home is updated, well stocked, and ready to enjoy all that Joseph and Lake Wallowa have to offer. The host is attentive, welcoming, and eager to make your stay memorable. Many special touches have been added for guest convenience and comfort. The area has wonderful hiking, fishing, and fun activities, and Joseph has good restaurants and unique shops. The home has a private dock for swimming, boating, and water sports, two beautiful decks with ample seating, a BBQ and hammock. The main level has a living room, dining room with large table for 10, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Downstairs, there are 2 comfy family rooms, a bar, and one bed/bath. Bedrooms are spacious and comfy. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property for families or groups with multiple couples.

Spacious layout, large enough to host 2-3 families, including older guests with parking right next to the house vs. a steep driveway like most houses on lake shore road. Incredible views from the best deck upstairs, so peaceful and serene, perfect for morning coffee. Well stocked. Excellent amenities including a sauna and a set of his/hers soaking tubs on the lower deck, along with access to private dock for swimming and tying up your boat. Trailer parking provided. Pet friendly. By far, the best house on Wallowa Lake!! Come see for yourself. :)
