THE SPACE Set at ~1,900 ft elevation, this bright and airy 3-level lodge offers 2,500 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and multiple hangout areas—perfect for families or groups. Large windows and skylights flood the home with natural light, while the wooded setting creates a true “cabin in the mountains” feel. Stay comfortable year-round with efficient mini-split heating and A/C throughout the home. Inside, the home is warm and inviting, with large windows that bring the beauty of the outdoors in. GUEST ACCESS
Self-check-in with keyless entry. The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
There are physical barriers for people with limited mobility, as there are approximately ten steps to climb to get into the main part of the house, including the kitchen and bedrooms. Unfortunately, access is not possible for people who are wheelchair bound, except for the basement level of the house, where there is a bathroom and a sofa bed.

✪ Guest Registration (HOA Requirement) • All guests must be registered at least 3 days before check-in. • A $50 late registration fee applies for last-minute bookings (HOA fee). • Changes after submission may incur a $15 fee per update. • Only registered guests/visitors are allowed entry.
✪ Vehicle Registration, Parking & Driving • All vehicles must register at the gate and display a hang tag. • A valid driver’s license is required. • Drive safely: the community speed limit is 25 mph. • Guests are responsible for any traffic or parking violations. • Parking is limited to the driveway only; street parking is not permitted.
✪ Property Notes • Two closets are locked for owner storage. • The garage is not available for guest use. • Exterior security cameras are in place for safety.
All guests must be listed on reservation, and will be required to show ID at the main gate upon arrival. All cars must be registered at main gate.
Quiet Time: between the hours of 11 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum.
There is no trash pickup in BBL, and outdoor storage of trash is not permitted. Please bring your trash/recycling to one of the community compactors.
