Relax and enjoy our charming cottage in Helen! Plenty of activities for all ages including hiking, tubing, zip-lines, wineries, mountain coasters, mini golf, shopping and restaurants

The cottage home is located less than 2 miles from the city and walking distance from The Cool River Head Water Tubing and Zip-lines. It’s very close to Unicoi State Park where you and your family can enjoy swimming beach with seasonal canoes, kayaks and paddle boat rentals. And just 13 minutes drive from Anna Ruby Falls perfect for a day trip!

Our little cottage is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom with beautiful outdoor fire pit area and full kitchen equipment. We strive to provide a clean well maintained holiday home with lots of parking spaces!

The cabin was so adorable, my little family enjoyed the coziness it provided. It felt like a home away from home. The host was super accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We definitely plan on staying again!

Fantastic little cottage right outside of Helen which we preferred (to not fight main street traffic) and it was great for our ladies weekend. Beds were comfy, little back patio for late nite chats and the firepit were a bonus. Beautifully decorated and we would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a cute house and was very comfortable. There were a few minor cleaning issues we let the owner know about. There is traffic noise from being close to the road. It is very convenient to all the activities in Helen. Communication with the owner went well.

The cabin was nice and clean, located close to Helen, and had a great firepit in the backyard. The only downside was the proximity to the road... we had multiple cars honk at us in the back yard by the pit while we stayed and the sound of cars/motorcycles driving by was very noticeable while trying to sleep. If you are a light sleep or want privacy in the yard- this house will not work for you. We were there for Oktoberfest so didn't spend a ton of time out back so it didn't bother us but thought other might want to know.

Perfect getaway

Place was perfect for our trip. Just outside of Helen with only a 4min drive into town. Place had everything we needed. WiFi went out briefly, but Kim replied quickly and thankfully it was working again. Super easy checkin and booking process. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Valentine's Getaway

Everything was great! The host was always very quick to respond (not that we needed anything while we were there) and it was decorated so cute for Valentine's Day. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great spot to relax

Everything was perfect! Very comfortable and just as advertised. Communication with the host was awesome, very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Little bear cabin

Cute cabin! Very clean and well stocked with kitchen and bath essentials. Owner has done a lot of work to keep the property comfortable and in good condition inside and out. Very close to Helen and all the outdoor activities. Would definitely return. Highly recommend!

The perfect place

This cabin was outstanding! From the cabin itself to the location. We couldn’t have picked a more suitable cabin. Actually wish the “girls getaway “ would’ve been longer.. we sat outside by the fire pit but never had time to use it. I highly recommend this cabin. Not too small, not overwhelmingly huge.

Hello, taking a quick look, the cabin looks good, but it wasn't that clean, it seemed to have been closed for a long time, I went to use the coffee machine, there was moldy coffee inside, the bread toaster was also like that, I tried to use the dishes, the air vent above the stove was dirty, we went to use the barbecue and it was dirty, I have photos of everything, and the cabin administration only worried about charging if you entered earlier if you left shortly after, I think the cleaning fee should be refunded, expensive, compared to the other cabin that was super clean, we paid less to clean, the cabin has potential, it just needs improvement, good location, there is no heating, it was a little cold inside without many extra blankets.

This is an adorable little cabin. It was perfect for our stay and was very close to downtown to zip in and out of for shopping, sightseeing and dining. It was convenient for all our trips up and down the mountain and to all the small towns in the area. The host was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Others have commented that it is directly on the road, which it is, but it has light traffic at night and in the mornings. We only heard the noise once we were actually awake in bed and it never bothered us or disturbed our sleep even though I am a light sleeper. Once up and about you never heard it at all. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.
