When we got to the condo the toilet in the front bathroom was messed up. There was no water in the tank. Thankfully my husband was able to quickly get it fixed. All of the beds had hair in them, which we’ve started bringing our own sheets and comforters due to this happening to us so frequently. Some of the silverware in the drawers was dirty and needed to be washed before being used.

Extremely outdated and dirty

We chose this property due to its proximity to Silver Dollar City and because it had two twin beds for my young children. We have stayed in condos in this area numerous times before. This property was a mess from the moment we arrived. The place was dirty. Wads of hair in the kitchen cabinet. The rugs looked like a muddy dog had rolled on them and the kitchen seats need to be replaced. The baseboard trim is in terrible shape. The coffee maker was full of hard water stains and had an odor (we had to buy one to use). The kitchen cabinets were sticky. One of the bath tub faucets was sideways (my husband fixed it). One of the toilets was difficult to flush (my husband had to fix it daily). The ceilings had cobwebs and the bathroom exhaust fans were full of dust. The master bedroom closet doors kept coming off of the track. The fridge and AC unit had a very difficult time keeping up and the AC took 10 hours to cool down from 75 to 72 degrees (it got up to 78 degrees for multiple hours before it cooled down). One of the most alarming issues was a bowed spindle on the back deck. My curious 2 year old was able to stick his head through with ease. We contacted vacasa and they were quick to communicate with us. They refunded our cleaning fee and offered to pay for our coffee maker and they said they would look into the back deck spindle that causes a gap. New living area furniture and new rugs would go a long way for this place but it needs A LOT of updates.

Great combo of nature and entertainment

We had a great time in Branson. The rentals back porch provided a scenic view of the mountains and lake. We were close enough to the attractions but enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The rental was clean, tidy, and well appointed. We plan to come back!

Perfect for a family of 4!

We loved this condo. We were originally supposed to be in a different condo, but it was canceled the day of our arrival due to no internet. We loved this condo so much more. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. My kids loved watching the roller coaster at SDC from the balcony. We were a little disappointed in the pool. It was small and not very clean. Tons of bugs floating.
