One of our reviews indicated that the pool and hot tub are not open. That was in mid-May. The pool and hot tub are typically open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. YES...they are open!!!

Whether you've coming to Branson to relax, celebrate family time together, enjoy some lake time, or participating in a sporting event, we would love to welcome you to our condo!
This isnât just a vacation rental; this is our vacation home, and we hope to share it with you. We spend over 25 nights a year in our happy place, so you can rest assured that it will have all of the comforts of home.
Our 2 BR/ 2 BA condo is located in The Cove on Indian Point Resort (formerly Eagles Nest), nestled in the beautiful Ozarks on Table Rock Lake. We are only 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City and 7 miles from the famous 76 Strip. Secluded, yet minutes away from all Branson has to offer.
So close to Silver Dollar City that you avoid the traffic!!! You can spend your day at SDC and go back to the condo for lunch or a swim, and return to the park for an evening show. All tickets to SDC allow same-day visitors re-entry without an extra charge!
Recently renovated and super clean, our condo provides all of the comforts of home after a busy day at Silver Dollar City, on Table Rock Lake, or sightseeing around Branson. Our unit is a middle unit meaning that there are no stairs from the parking lot to the condo. We also have a 20 foot patio with multiple dining options.
Silver Dollar City, lake fun during the summer, the beautiful fall foliage, and wonderful holiday shows make this a great choice for a vacation or weekend get away any time of the year!
* FAMILY ROOM: 50 in flat screen 4K Smart TV w/ROKU, cable TV, WiFi throughout, and several USB charging ports. The sofa bed features a memory foam mattress which ensures you will sleep comfortably.
* MASTER SUITE: King size bed, flat screen TV, cable TV, alarm clock, USB charging ports, adjoining master ensuite bathroom with double sinks, and walkout access to the 20 ft patio.
* GUEST BEDROOM: Queen bed, flat screen TV, cable TV, alarm clock, USB charging ports, and private access to the adjoining full bathroom.
* MAIN BATHROOM: The main bathroom has a wider door and grab bars for accessibility.
* KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: The updated kitchen features stainless appliances and is completely furnished with coffee pots (both traditional and Kuerig), utensils, NEW pots and pans, dinnerware, glassware, cutlery, USB charging ports, and washer/dryer. The NEW dining table seats up to 6 when expanded.
Towels, linens, and supplies such as washing detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided.
* 20 FT PATIO: This is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee, read a book, or watch your children play in the yard or at the playground. There is a dining table that offers seating for 6 as well as a high top with seating for 4. It was completely stripped and stained in Spring 2024. The resort also offers charcoal grills on property with a few located near our property. There are no open flames allowed on the patio.
* IMPORTANT: Smoking, vaping, and pets of any kind are NOT allowed in the condo or on the patio. Our resort does not allow boat or trailer (of any kind) parking. If you would like to bring your boat or a trailer to Branson, please let us know ahead of time and we can provide you recommended storage locations close to the resort.
Resort amenities include: outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball goal, children's playground, and nature trails to Table Rock Lake to fish or swim. The pool and hot tub are generally available between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend. Check with us for extended availability.
Nearby - within 5 miles: Silver Dollar City, golf course, convenience store, marina, restaurants, horseback riding, and more.
BRANSON SHOWS, water parks, putt-putt, novelty museums and other attractions less than 20 minutes away.
We have 1 additional condo in a nearby building in the same resort. It is approximately 50 yards from this condo, and offers amazing expansive lake views from the penthouse. The VRBO number is 4383542.

Thank you for taking the time to consider our condo. We would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about ourselves. We are Angi Torizzo and Kevin Krizek, your condo owners.
We live in Overland Park, KS. I (Kevin) have been in the Kansas City area since 1992, and Angi joined me here when we were married in 2003. Angi is an early childhood educator at Lord of Life Preschool, and I am a solutions engineer with Tableau a Salesforce Company. Prior to joining Tableau, I spent 23 years at Cerner Corporation.
I have been in love with lake life ever since my early childhood. I spent quite a bit of time at Lake of the Ozarks during my pre-teen and teen years. Lake of the Ozarks has changed quite a bit since the 1980s, so we gave Table Rock a try during the summer of 2016. We spent several weekends at various Eagles Nest properties during this time, and I was pleasantly surprised to find all of the activities available for families at Table Rock / Branson. We enjoyed our time so much that we decided to take the plunge, and and buy our first vacation condo at Eagles Nest in 2016. It has been so much fun that we decided to invest in this beautiful property in 2020.
We enjoy getting down to the area as much as possible, but, with three children, that is not always possible...so we are happy to share our happy place with you.
