The beach is just 1 mile away, and you can either drive or during the peak season, hop on the free beach shuttle for easy access to the sun and surf!



Interested in a boating day? The Barefoot Queen at the marina downstairs offers daytime and sunset cruises, or you can rent a boat. Looking to relax? Unwind at happy hour at Barefoot Marina Bar & Grill and enjoy fantastic seafood while watching the yachts go by.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all property amenities including North Tower Pool and outdoor grill. Guests will not have access to the marina docks unless secured otherwise (renting a boat, going on a waterway cruise, etc. separately). Please note: North Tower pool will be closed from February 1st-March 15th, 2026 for scheduled maintenance and repairs.

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

Carolina Palm Policies:

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

IMPORTANT: CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.



Maximum Occupancy is 6 Guests including any children.



House Rules:

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an immediate family member, over the age of 25, and the person responsible for booking, for the duration of the stay.

2. No smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the ground floor next to the designated trash bins on either end of the building parking lot (by sidewalk).

3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window

4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.

6. MOTORCYCLES, recreational vehicles, golf carts, camper vans, watercraft, and trailers ARE NOT ALLOWED. Parking available for 2 vehicles at our property.

7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.

8. Maximum 6 guests. Number of guests for the visit must match the Reservation.

9. No luggage carts or shopping carts allowed inside the condo.
