Vivez l'expérience d'un complexe de luxe tropical dans notre Villa Athena sur le terrain du fabuleux Bahia Beach Resort.

La plage est Ă  quelques pas et peut ĂȘtre atteinte Ă  pied. Les serviettes sont gratuites Ă  la piscine.

La cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e est prĂȘte pour une cuisine gastronomique, tandis que le salon / salle Ă  manger Ă©lĂ©gant offre beaucoup d'espace pour dĂźner et se divertir tranquillement. ImmĂ©diatement adjacente se trouve la gĂ©nĂ©reuse vĂ©randa en plein air avec un espace de loisirs supplĂ©mentaire. Et la porte du salon Ă  la vĂ©randa peut ĂȘtre complĂštement ouverte pour crĂ©er un immense espace de loisirs intĂ©rieur / extĂ©rieur.

La piscine est juste en face de l'entrĂ©e de la propriĂ©tĂ© et est comme une station balnĂ©aire dans une station. Il dispose de son propre espace de cuisson barbecue avec rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et machine Ă  glaïżœïżœons, ainsi que d'une table de billard Ă  l'usage de nos clients. Des serviettes et des chaises longues sont Ă©galement disponibles pour votre plaisir de la piscine multiforme.

Nos tarifs incluent l'utilisation de la voiturette de golf que possĂšde la propriĂ©tĂ© ainsi que la piscine de Las Verandas. Il y a aussi 57 $. 50 / jour frais de sĂ©jour non inclus dans le tarif de nuit pour l'utilisation des Ă©quipements du Bahia Beach Resort. Exceptional stay!

Villa Athena is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment at the Las verandas complex at the St Regis Bahia beach resort. Stayed here with our family of 4, 2 adults, 2 teens for 4 nights.Property is accurately represented by photos. Spacious, clean, and well equipped. Golf cart provided made it easy to access the resort amenities. The verandas complex has its own pool, which was quieter and more private than the main pool.Some groceries (and rum!) were provided upon our arrival, but we did make a grocery store run (Ralph’s) the first night and were able to make full use of the kitchen and outdoor grill. Washer/dryer was especially useful too.Easy access to El Yunque (30-40min) and Luquillo beach for jet skis (30min) for other activities. Otherwise we had a ton of fun on the property at the pools, beaches, kayaking, and exploring with the golf cart. 100% would recommend!

We absolutely loved this apartment, partially because we love the resort that it's on. It's quiet and not too many people. With a great variety of food options. Apartment was clean, very roomy. Definitely recommend for small families.

Beautiful property

This property is absolutely beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. It was very clean and had everything that we would need for a great stay. The golf cart provided is a nice touch but very outdated and needs work. We developed a flat tire while using it however the workers in the resort were extremely responsive and fixed it right away. Please book this place you will not be disappointed. We cannot wait to go back!

A wonderful escape

Family of four (two young adult children) stayed for 6 nights. We thought the second bedroom had two beds, however after talking to the management about this issue, they quickly brought over an air mattress and said they would fix the listing. Other than that, Marco Polo management was wonderful. Upon arrival they had stocked the refrigerator with milk, eggs, cheese, bread, juice, bananas, some beer and rum!! Such a nice touch from Tania! The resort is picture perfect!! We played tennis, paddle boarded, road bicycles and of course spent many hours at the ocean and walking along the beautiful and uncrowded beach!! Thoroughly enjoyed the use of the golf cart to get around the resort. Restaurants are all very good but be prepared to pay resort prices!! Highly recommend and can't wait to return!!

The unit and grounds were lovely. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and the golf club’s pool — nicer than the St. Regis! The location was also relatively convenient to El Yunque and San Juan. If you are considering whether to rent this unit, however, we would suggest asking the property manager what appliances are in working order. Once we arrived, we did not have much luck with responsiveness from the property manager. For example, upon arrival, we were told the dishwasher was broken. Not alone a big deal, but the unit is relatively expensive and the dishwasher had been broken for a while (even before our booking). Other guests had complained about it in the guest book for over 4 months. When we asked the property manager about an accommodation, we got no response. The coffee maker was also not working properly (it overflowed unless manually attended to), and the property manager never responded about that, either. We would also recommend replacing the MB mattress.

The dishwasher was not working, in a home we chose so we could prepare our own meals! Worse, the guestbook confirmed that this problem went back to at least mid-December 2021 (we were there in March 2022), and a call to the guest services manager confirmed that this was a known issue. Yet we were not informed, and discovered this only by trial and error, prior to discovering the comments about this from two sets of prior renters. Things break, but for this to have been ongoing for at least 3 months, and us given no information, and no $ consideration, is unethical.

Paradise Location, Great Apartment

This property is located on the grounds of St Regis Bahia Resort and its beautiful gold course. We have been coming to this location several times before and will be coming back again. The grounds are absolutely beautiful - tropical paradise, beach, pools, tennis, golf, and water park. The apartment was very appointed and getting you the 1st row seat to watch the golfers on weekend's mornings from your terrace. The apartment was well cleaned (very important to us), everything was in working condition including the fully equipped kitchen. Importantly, rent includes gold cart to take you around the property - an awesome detail that our kids just loved! Property managers were friendly and responsive, before and during our stay. Would like to thank them for the wonderful stay. And we will be coming back again!

Paradise in Paradise

We are a family of 4 that visited Villa Athena in late July 2019. First of all, the property management has excellent customer service and you should rent with them based on that alone! Not only did we need to stay earlier than anticipated, we encountered 2 cancelled flights and multiple delays along the way. They were very helpful and accomodating the entire time. Villa Athena is exactly as described. Exceptionally clean, more than enough room and contained everything you'd need for your stay. They supply you with a few food items, which is more that any other vacation rental I've ever stayed in. We spent almost every day at the resort pool, using the golf cart to get back and forth between the property and the pool/beach area and we visited the wellness center most days, so definitely invest in the daily resort fee, it's totally worth it. I honestly can not think of one bad thing about this place and would love to be able to stay again, hopefully next year!

Awesome Getaway

Villa Athena is beautiful inside and out. Everything inside was clean, neat, orderly and well stocked. We only stayed for 4 nights and wished we could have stayed for longer. It is an absolutely beautiful property with amazing views right outside the door and throughout the resort. We will definitely return! Thank you for your hospitality!

Wonderful in many ways!

Bahia Beach Resort is one of a kind; a little piece of heaven. In terms of the villa, it is just as wonderful. Beautiful, modern, chic, comfortable, neat and clean. Owners provided everything we needed to feel right at home... We particularly enjoyed the works of art all over the villa...amazing! Checking in and out was super easy! We'll be back!

Villa Athena is lovely

We had a great stay at the Villa at Bahia Beach. This is our second visit to the resort and it never fails to please- a quiet escape in the most beautiful surroundings. The villa itself is well-equipped and was perfect for our family of four. We prefer a location on the ground floor, which this villa is, situated on the turn. We will be back.
