Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Unique and tranquil 2 bedroom Beachfront getaway located at the Wyndham Rio Mar Golf & Beach Resort. Part of a 500-acre resort community bordered by El Yunque National Forest, two golf courses and the magnificent Atlantic Ocean filled with amenities for all guests including pools*, a mile long beach, restaurants/lounges, tennis courts, walking/bike trails, fitness center, spa, casino, water sports rentals and more. Just 35 minutes from San Juan!!!

*We DO NOT guarantee access to the hotel pools; only the pools located at the Ocean Villas.
**Some onsite recreational activities such as golf, tennis, spa, salon, rentals, gym, etc. carry additional fees.
There is assigned parking for one car at the villa. Additional parking depending on availability. The location is fantastic. Overlooking two pools with the beach just steps beyond. There is s walking path to the resort next door which not only leads to the beachfront bar but provides a great place for a walk or run. Ten minutes to multiple great local restaurants. Highly recommend.

Amazing, peaceful escape

The place was fabulous! Immaculate, two balconies, amazing view. Short walk to many great restaurants. Beds were comfortable, had everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay and easy communication with hosts who checked in frequently.

Excellent family vacation spot

It has everything you need for a greatFamily vacation- proximity to the beach, pool, and restaurants all within line of sight from the residence yet much more private on the condo side than the hotel. It feels like you are staying in the rain forest with the sounds you hear each evening. The resort grounds cant be beat- excellently manicured and expansive. And the unit itself is recently updated and comfortable.

This place was amazing! It was immaculate. Looked just like the pictures. We called this our home for 10 days and this villa had everything we needed. Property manager was available promptly whenever we needed anything. Definitely recommend. The resort has great food and the beach is beautiful! Didn’t want to leave.

Fantasy Location And Great Manager

The management team sent over all the pertinent information we would need in advance of check in and it was just as they said which made things very easy for us. We were traveling with our three sons ages 2 to 20. This property is a situation where the pictures don’t do it enough justice. The unit was well furnished and had an incredible view of the pool area and beach. Speaking of the beach it’s practically a private beach that is very family friendly. You can walk to the Wyndham/Margaritaville next door (it’s all one giant resort property) and getting in and out of the resort is very easy and you’re close to markets, El Yunque, the kiosks, and pretty much anything you want. Would stay here again for sure and highly recommend this to anyone.
