Escapade classique en montagne avec bain Ă  remous et salle de jeux!

Redwood Lodge a toutes les commoditĂ©s et l'espace pour toute la famille. Avec 7 chambres et quatre salles de bain complĂštes, tout votre groupe peut s'Ă©tendre et se dĂ©tendre. Du Redwood, vous pouvez marcher 3 pĂątĂ©s de maisons jusqu'Ă  la rue principale historique ou sortir par la porte d'entrĂ©e de l'arrĂȘt de bus Ă  moins de 40 pieds; ou rester Ă  la maison et traĂźner dans l'espace de vie secondaire avec table de billard, ping-pong et coin salon.

Le rez-de-chaussée abrite la cuisine, le salon, la salle à manger, la suite principale, la chambre avec lits superposés et la chambre d'amis complétés par 2 salles de bain complÚtes.

Le niveau inférieur ne joue pas le deuxiÚme violon au rez-de-chaussée avec un espace de vie secondaire pour jouer au billard et au ping-pong avec beaucoup d'espace supplémentaire pour se prélasser sur le canapé en regardant la télévision. Il y a 3 chambres plus une taniÚre avec 2 salles de bain complÚtes au niveau inférieur. Un garage pour deux voitures est également inclus pour garer des véhicules supplémentaires les jours de neige.

Les commodités sont infinies avec quelque chose à faire pour tout le monde. Il y a des téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon et la salle de jeux, le wifi, une table de billard et une table de ping-pong, clÎturé dans la cour et c'est à deux pas du centre-ville de Breckenridge. Il y a une table de jeu dans le salon ainsi que 2 canapés pour se prélasser autour du foyer au bois. La terrasse orientée ouest permet une vue de pointe sur la chaßne de 10 milles et la terrasse arriÚre privée abrite un grand bain à remous. La maison a 2 allées avec un grand parking hors rue et un garage pour 2 voitures.

La cuisine bien approvisionnée a été mise à jour en août 2011 avec de nouveaux placards, des comptoirs et des appareils en granit. Le plan d'étage ouvert entre les espaces cuisine-salon-salle à manger permet un grand espace pour les réunions de famille. Si vous cherchez un endroit confortable pour une réunion de famille, ne cherchez pas plus loin.

Great Location and tons of room

Three generations of family and friends gathered for the Frisco Tri. This place was perfect for us. The location was perfect for access to Breckenridge and also feeling like you are really in the mountains. The house is a little dated, but the price reflects that. If you want a Luxurious mansion, this is not it (there is one across the street). But if you want tons of space, a nice hot tub, great location, a bus stop right outside, this place is perfect.

Excellent location for quick shuttle to mountains/downtown

Great for a large group of people, well equipped kitchen and shuttle that picks you up at end of driveway that comes every 30 minutes.

Tons of space for a multi-generational family get-together, including a big table we could all eat together at. Short, easy walk to downtown (free bus also stops right out front). Access to hiking trails in neighborhood. We enjoyed the billiards and ping pong tables, as well as the hot tub. We wish there had been more pots and pans without a nonstick coating as well as non-plastic kitchen utensils.

The beds are oh so comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. There was plenty of room for us to enjoy being together or apart. And, the snowboarding was fantastic!

Perfect ski getaway

This was a great property for a long ski weekend with friends! Perfect location for a quick drive to the mountain and downtown. The house is exactly as described with great accommodations for groups. Lots of open living space to hang out after a day on the mountain.

Great house for hosting big groups. Lots of beds, big family room and functional kitchen. Hot tub is a nice touch. Shuttle to gondola right outside for easy access to and from the mountain.

Family Wedding Party

We stayed 4 nights total and it was a pleasure. Communication with property personnel was great, check in and out was easy, overall experience was great. Stay on the 2nd floor and let everybody congregate and hang out, or escape to the first floor for a game of pool or ping pong. It’s everything we could have asked for our wedding week.

Great location, close to town!

We had a great time, house location was great! Fit 9 adults well. Home is nice but could be great with some TLC and updating, felt a bit worn. Several items were not working properly: a couple lamps, starter on grill, no turntable in microwave, trash compactor was awkward, kitchen cabinet door is missing....

Family trip

Great location and views. Nice house overall. We had 8 people staying together. The kitchen is big and there's plenty of seating. We cooked often so made good use of all appliances. Bathrooms are updated and clean. The carpet needs cleaning and house was dusty but not dirty. Most beds were adequate. The lower level bedroom with 2 twin beds were unusable as the mattresses were concave. The hot tub was clean. There is no outdoor seating but there is a deck with a big grill.

Large and convenient, a little worn down

The hose is large, easy to spread out in the living space and has a lot of beds. The location is great, because the free bus stops right outside the front and comes every 30 minutes. The property is nice, just a little aged and worn down. The dishwasher doesn't work and the pool table has been through some rough guests. The kitchen did have a lot of utensils and the hot tub worked great and was almost too hot. You can also walk into town if you don't mind a decent walk back uphill. There is plenty of parking and a lot of board games.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Filthy carpet with dirty dishes in cupboard. Minimal supplies in the house. Had to buy essentials, hand soap, paper towels, etc...

Great house, would come again

House was very roomy, yet cozy and welcoming. The house was very clean, with plenty of room. All bathrooms were clean, plenty of hot water, and no more than 2 bedrooms needed to share a bath - very convenient. Loved the layout. The jacuzzi worked great, and also sparkling clean - first time I ever felt comfortable enough to use a rental house jacuzzi. Was disappointed at arriving to see broken ping pong table in garage - only to come inside, and find a brand new one! Some small items could use some fixing, but nothing that affected our enjoyment of the house. Loved all the natural light - plenty of windows, and great view from the front porch. Really was as advertised, - plenty of room for a large group, great location, hated to leave. Perfect for a family reunion like ours. Only negative - I slept in one of the twins, could use a new mattress. otherwise - 5 star all the way. Would definitely book again if come back to Breckinridge.

Great location for our large group.

Excellent price point. Location and ease of check in and check out were great. Very spacious with great layout for 3 families of 5. Hot tub was clean and worked well. Lots of smart TVs with ability to log in to your streaming apps. Lots of dishes and utensils. Cookware needs updated. Beds and pillows need updated. Baseboard heating in basement was erratic and no response when I called property manager for pointers. Dishwasher top rack was broken upon arrival (we failed to notify property manager of this). Cooktop was not fully functional. No instructions on trash day. We assumed property manager would hire someone to take bins to curb. So they were overfilled by end of our stay. Still 4/5 with way more positives. Would stay again.
