The interior is thoughtfully designed to feel light, spacious, and restful.
Expansive corner windows and glass doors frame panoramic views of Lake Erie, extending onto the balcony while the calm, uncluttered interior lures in the lake and sky. Many guests say their favorite part of the stay is simply sitting with coffee taking in the morning light or watching the sun settle into the horizon from the balcony.
You'll love awakening to a full Lake View sunrise from the Master Suite. The master has a TV and a private bath. The second bedroom has a private bath, the third bedroom is adjacent to a full bathroom off the main hall. All bedrooms offer "black out" options and are furnished with luxury bedding, to fulfill your dreams.
The kitchen is furnished very well, guests remark "they have everything they need." You will thoroughly enjoy your full lake view gatherings around the island.
APRIL MORNING is a very special Condo at Lake Erie Vista, as it is only one of five condos out of the 47 units that offer both North and West Lake Views; IT'S PRIMO !! for sunset watching! You can watch the sunset from inside your living room suite and at three other west facing windows! APRIL MORNING is a SPACIOUS 1846 Sq. Ft. condo with windows galore, offering the ultimate in tranquility and sophistication.
APRIL MORNING provides choices for your coffee making, a Keurig Barista, a drip pot, a pour over, and an electric pour over tea kettle!
Bathrooms are stocked with all the basics and a few luxury toiletries should you choose. Two RIO beach chairs and a few beach towels are ready for your use. The kitchen offers a miscellany of spices, some condiments and birthday candles! A folding round table that is sized for seating six should you want to play cards or board games.
The living room TV is a 75" screen for your enjoyment and free Netflix is offered on the master bedroom TV also.
APRIL MORNING offers a ULTIMATE STAY with its unparalleled views of the Lake, and the very best of sunset views offered on the Coast of Lake Erie!
***** It is illegal, pursuant to the Ohio Fair Housing Law, Division (H) of Section 4112.02 of the Revised Code and the Federal Fair Housing law, 42 U.S.C.A. 3601, as amended, to refuse to sell, transfer, assign, rent, lease, sublease or finance housing accommodations, refuse to negotiate for the sale or rental of housing accommodations, or otherwise deny or make unavailable housing accommodations because of race, color, religion, sex, familial status as defined in section 4112.01 of the Revised Code, ancestry, military status as defined in that section, disability as defined in that section, or national origin or to so discriminate in advertising the sale or rental of housing, in the financing of housing, or in the provision of real estate brokerage services.

Lake Erie Vista Rules for Guests and Homeowners: Rule #1 Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No behavior that is an unreasonable nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other occupants will be tolerated. Rule #2 Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat dolly) are provided for your convenience. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners. Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways or taken into the units. Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails. Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than two parking spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space. Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight. Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited.  If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts. Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed. Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed. For your safety: No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow. *Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls. *No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only. The lake is dangerous and - please respect it. Please respect our investment and be considerate of others: *Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station. *Clean up trash when leaving beach. *Do not leave beach chairs in water. Return them to beach near south rocks. *Respect our neighborhood property. LEV property line ends at rocks on both sides. Rule #9 Posted Pool Rules must be followed. For your safety:  No lifeguard on duty swim at own risk. *No unsupervised swimming. *No diving. Diving may result in permanent injury or death. *No running, jumping, dunking or horseplay in or around the pool *No glass in pool area. *Tight fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers are required on persons using the pool who are incontinent and/or not toilet trained. Rule #10 HOA provided grills and fire pits cannot be moved from the designated locations. Fires must be extinguished after use. HOA provided grills must be wiped down after use. Only electric grills and heaters permitted on balconies and patios.
