Lakefront with boat slip 2 bedroom 2 bath Condo located Lake of the Ozarks

Clearwater Condominiums is located on the Lake of the Ozarks approximately 6 miles west of Camdenton, Mo. The Clearwater complex is nestled on the south end of the lake at the 8.5 Mile Marker of the Big Niangua Arm. Avaliable with the rental of this unit are 9 covered docks, optional garages, and 2 swimming pools. Besides its magnificent view, it is one of the only complexes with a community pavilion. Included with the rental is a boat slip, for your use. Not to mention, all the other attractions in and around the Lake Ozark area!

The master bedroom offers a queen size bed. The second bedroom provides two full size beds. That will provide comfort for all guests. The living room provides four oversized recliners, a great place to sit and relax after a long day of activities. the lakeside deck does have a propane grill for your use.The Clearwater property was built on the property of a former resort and the fishing has proved very good off the nine different boat docks and shoreline. Fishing is NOT permitted from inside the pool areas over the lakeside railings. The patio provides a view of the 8.5 Mile Marker of the Big Niangua Arm. Enjoy your morning coffee with a view! The patio is perfect for relaxing and lots of boat watching! Whatever you do, enjoy your time in privacy!

Our family has decided, in order to provide the best possiable stay, this will only be allowed for 5 days minimum if you wish to stay longer please message us for availablity. This allows you to get the best opprotunity to enjoy the lake and the surrounding attractions.

Once I found it I absolutely loved it. My GPS made me turn one street before where I needed to. Once I found the right spot I was incredibly happy with my choice to stay. Beautiful home and wonderful views!

The check in was a struggle as they didn’t know which condo we were in but the lady was super nice and super helpful and it was a very nice stay! The place was very nice and affordable

Great condo with amazing lake views

This condo is super clean and comes with amazing lake views. The whole complex is very family friendly, with 2 pools, a volleyball net, swings and a playground. The entire property is well maintained. A boat slip is provided with the rental. The only downsides to this stay were not being able to get our check in codes until we were on our way driving. It made me nervous being that I like to plan. Also if two people take a shower at the same time in each bathroom, both showers will be cold. My family learned that we had to take a shower one at a time, which is a bummer when you’re trying to get ready to go out.This was still a fantastic stay and is super close to Ha Ha Tonka state park, bridal cave, and other fun activities like Supersplash USA. Adrenaline Zipline is a must for families visiting this area. There is also a Gerbes grocery store and Walmart close by. We would stay here again if given the opportunity.

The condo was very clean and supplied with everything needed. A nice quiet area with easy parking. There was a slight issue with hot water only really working in one bathroom but it wasn’t a big deal. Would stay there again.

One time stay

We would not choose to stay at this property again. Porch was not screened in and we were unable to use it at all. Numerous bugs all over patio made it. Impossible to even sit out there for five minutes. Unit itself was clean inside with very minimal Furnishings. The complex itself was nice but very noisy people above us. The property manager of this unit was very kind and helpful to us. Owners may want to consider screening in porch as being at the lake is not much fun if you can’t be outside.
