Our neighborhood is locals & family focused and therefore only allows stays of 30 nights or more.

Arrival, Access, and Parking:
Accessing the Property â A stair from the driveway to the main level also from the garage to the main level. In the home all bedrooms are either up a flight of stairs or down a flight of stairs.
Parking â 1 space in the garage. 3 spaces in the driveway. No trailers allowed in driveway per HOA bylaws.
**Please note**: Our driveway has two tight switchbacks and is very steep. If you are not comfortable driving on steep hills, this may not be the right home for you. 4WD or AWD are 100% required to rent this home. All guests will need to sign a waiver stating that their vehicle has AWD or 4WD & that they are comfortable driving on steep hills.

A $7500 security deposit, midstay cleans, and a long term rental agreement are required for 30+ night stays. The number of midstay cleans is dependent on the length of stay. Approval required before booking. Please reach out prior to booking with any questions.
Minimum age to book is 30. All guests must be above 30 unless they are children of the booking party.
