​​​​​​Get away from it all to your peaceful vacation in the mountains. 770 Majestic Circle is a large 4 bedroom townhome located in a quiet neighborhood in Steamboat, where everyone can have their own space to relax and unwind. Each bedroom is large, the living spaces are well thought out and bedrooms spread out on multiple levels.

The main level features a well planned kitchen, cozy living area and dining room with large table. You can access a small deck from this level with a gas grill and some outdoor seating.The home has high speed WiFi access and a desk space upstairs for those who are working remotely. In the summertime, enjoy full AC (something not found in many mountain homes) and easy access to the Yampa Core Trail! No need to find a parking spot at the ski area during winter, there is a free city bus stop at the end of the neighborhood which can whisk you up to the ski area or downtown. The home has a large 2 car garage and space for 2 more cars in the driveway.

Great location

Stayed here for a mountain bike trip. Great location. Did several rides from the house. Huge garage for storing bikes. Lots of space in the house.

Great Stay/Location; Need Connected TV

Very happy with the stay overall, but not having a smart, connected TV or a device like AppleTV or Roku, was unfortunate with a group of young kids in the house.Otherwise, everything else was great. Clean, well-stocked, good location right on the free bus route.

Majestic ski goise

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very convenient to the mountain (3 min drive) which we drove daily and didn’t use the public bus. We preferred the flexibility and to get to the mountain early with the kids so we could maximize our day. The house was very comfortable open and had nice bedrooms with great bedding and beds. The rooms had walk in closets and dressers which made it easy to unpack and feel at home for our 5 night stay. The 4 bathrooms fully equipped with toiletries were particularly nice and helpful for our group of 4 adults and 5 kids. The heated garage was very helpful and gave us space for our equipment. We also cooked breakfast daily and one dinner meal at home and felt it had adequate cookware for our need. The house is also conveniently located to downtown steamboat springs which made it nice to get out and enjoy some nice meals and walk around. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

A great stay in Steamboat

Overall, our stay at this property was positive and comfortable (family of 9 - youngest was 16). The management company was very responsive, and we had no issues or problems with the condo. We found a couple of heaters in the unit -- one of which was used to keep the lower level (garage level) bedroom more warm; there's only one thermostat for this 3-level unit, so temp levels varied but overall everyone was comfortable. The only stocked spices in the kitchen are salt & pepper, so bring your own if you plan to do any major cooking. In the bunkbed room (the only main floor bedroom) the bottom bunk has a low clearance -- probably o.k. for young kids, but it was a little too low for teens/young adults. The main floor bathroom is very roomy for those in the bunk room. We didn't use the free ski bus (one in our party didn't ski, so they drove us to the slopes), but it is close by (about a block). This unit is within the pick-up zone for the Strawberry Hot Springs shuttle, and pickup & dropoff were right outside the condo -- very convenient. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Plenty of space for a big group, easy access to slopes

This property was perfect for our group of 8, across 2 families. Everyone got their own beds & bathroom, the kitchen/dining/living room was spacious and great for everyone to hang out together. We cooked every night there, and the kitchen was very well appointed. And a very short walk to the bus stop made it super easy to get to/from the slopes. Highly recommend!

Family ski vacation

This property is very nice. It is big and roomy. Easily accommodated our group of 10. It is conveniently located and a short bus ride to the ski area. The garage door was broken so we were not able to park our cars inside but overall was not a big deal.
