Experience the craftsmanship of another era here in this turn of the century Victorian guesthouse! Enjoy access to the main living rooms, multiple dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and coin operated laundry facilities.
This second floor suite, offers you your own private room with a detached shared bath nearby on the same floor. The room features period furnishings with a full size bed with a new Sealy Royal Ascot mattress, an upright dresser, closet, walk-in closet overhead ceiling fan and a 32" Samsung smart tv. Complimentary coffee, tea & water is available during your stay.

This is my hometown and I have many good memories of my childhood here. In fact, I remember trick-or-treating at this house as a child and wondering about the family who was fortunate to call it home. This home sat empty for many years and in 2003, I returned and purchased it as a place to spend my retirement years. As the years passed, my retirement plans changed; thus, in 2024, the home was converted to The Victorian Guesthouse. It is gratifying as the home now has renewed life and purpose. Though I no longer reside onsite, it will always be 'home' to me. Being a host for me is not work, it's a blessing!

Over the past four years, we have achieved the highest guest ratings for cleanliness and overall property ratings on both Airbnb & Bookings.com in the Lima/Delphos/Van Wert area!
