Located right on Main Street in the historic Grand Galleria building, you are steps away from the shops, eateries, and entertainment of downtown. The home offers a quiet retreat to unwind and recharge with a great studio layout with the kitchen, living room, and bedroom seamlessly blending together while still maintaining their own separate areas. Prepare quick meals and snacks in the kitchen where you will find all the basic cookware needed, and a table with seating for 2 to dine at. Step into the living room and relax on the couch while watching a movie, or tuck in for the night in the comfortable queen-size bed. Freshen up in the full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and keep up with laundry needs at the shared onsite laundry room. Guests can even enjoy a relaxing soak in the indoor hot tub, perfect for easing sore muscles after a fun day on the slopes or hiking trails!
Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home and on-site amenities that include a laundry room and an indoor hot tub.

Within walking distance from both the city and slopes, you couldn't be in a better location for your Park City adventures. Head out the front door and find yourself in the heart of Park City’s historic Old Town and along Main Street where you can enjoy shopping, dining, museums, and other unique entertainment options. It is also a short, two-minute walk from the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, putting Park City's world-class ski resorts within steps of your front door.
Getting Around: With its incredible location, you are within walking distance from the heart of Park City Historic Old Town, Main Street, and Park City Town Lift which gives you direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are also a two-minute walk away from the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Other Things to Note: Please note, that this home does not include parking. Guests will have to use public parking or public transportation, both of which is easily accessible nearby the home.
The spa room at Grand Galleria will be closed for repairs starting May 28 and is expected to remain closed for approximately 15 days.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Please note that there might be some noise from outside considering the condominium is situated near Main St.

Great location - There is no Parking
This place has a some really good things going for it. It's on Main St. in the old town of Park City, it's close to the Town Lift, and the bus station is across the street behind the property.In one line, at the bottom of a very detailed property description, it notes that the rental does not include a parking space. Parking in Park City is very restricted. Overnight parking is in short supply and duration, and a competitive sport. This is not a rental to drive a car to.The Home Depot kitchen and bathroom are well enough. Large windows along the street facing wall let in great light, however they are old, they face the street behind the property and that's where the buses and delivery trucks run. It's a lot of noise esp. in the morning when deliveries are being made. The lighting, window blinds, couch, the bed (etc.) are old and/or worn out. The first night I almost left the bed to sleep on the floor, by morning I wished I had. The next day I flipped the mattress and slept on the cardboard side of the mattress for the rest of the week.
