Resort amusant et à quelques pas de la rue principale historique!

Belle, nouvellement meublé et aménagé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, charmant condo avec près de la base de Park City de Vail. L'emplacement est parfait! À quelques pas de toutes les activités station d'été amusantes, y compris: Alpine Coaster, Zip Line, Alpine Slide, Équitation, Mur d'escalade, Manège, et plus encore! VTT et randonnée pédestre - À quelques pas des sentiers hypersustentateurs accessibles pour l'été ou la jouissance d'hiver.

Ce condo polyvalent peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes sur un lit dans la chambre des maîtres, une reine lit gigogne dans le salon, et haut de gamme en mousse à mémoire de grand lit qui peut être utilisé dans l'alcôve de la chambre principale.

Cette unité est entré dans la piscine Location en Août 2013 et tous les meubles (King Bed & matelas, canapé-lit, salle à dîner, vaisselle, TV écran plat, machine à café, linge de lit - tout) sont nouveaux. Bien que non visible - un nouveau chauffe-eau et le four ont été installés en Février 2014 pour assurer aux clients un séjour agréable. Nouveau tapis et de la peinture dans la chambre des maîtres ont été achevés Octobre ici 2016. Ceci est un condo FUMEUR NON.

Le spa est situé juste à l'extérieur de l'unité dans la zone commune. Autres commodités incluent blanchisserie au premier étage et un parking couvert sous le condo.

Le FREE CITY BUS vous amène à l'historique rue principale de Park City, Deer Valley, The Canyons, Parc olympique, centre commercial ou partout où vous voulez explorer en ville ou à proximité.

Ce condo a une licence d'affaires et avait été inspecté physiquement par la Ville à l'approuver pour les locations nocturnes. Nous payons la taxe de séjour et de l'Etat de vente. S'il vous plaît assurer que toute propriété que vous louez possède une licence commerciale officielle car elle contribue à assurer votre sécurité!

Great place & great location

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. The place was remodeled, clean, and nicely furnished. It is a short walk to main street and easy access to all that Park City has to offer.

Near everything

This is an excellent location property. The owner, Brooke has all the amenities a family would need. The best features of condo are: covered parking garage; super close to main PC attractions, two full bathrooms. I would recommend this place to small family.

Spring ski trip

Amazing property, just as advertised. Location steps to bus stop for free bus to skiing, steps to Main Street for restaurants and shopping. Great amenities. Very clean and modern. Bed and pullout couch very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Really enjoyed our stay - great location. Loved being able to walk to basically everything. Very clean and had everything we needed. Only issue we had was the stairs. Ski Condo

Condo is super convenient to ski at Park City. Two stops on the free bus and you are right at Town Lift which is super cute. Condo has everything to cook in to make it feel like cute. Host was super easy to communicate with and was super responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Perfect condo for our recent visit to Park City

I would highly recommend this condo. Recently my husband and I stayed there while visiting our daughter and family. The location was perfect, we could walk everywhere, Park City Mountain Resort, Historic Main Street and for groceries. It was clean, well furnished and all the comforts of home, even had covered parking for our car. I am very pleased to have found this place and hope to use it again when we visit Park City.

Ski Vacation

We would return in the evening to recuperate from too much skiing. Cooking was possible as everything we needed was there. If it got a bit cool we turned on the fireplace with the flip of a switch.

Absolute Gem in Park City.

I came into town for a ski camp in Deer Valley. This unit is located so conveniently close to everything in downtown Park City. The unit was easy to find, check in process was flawless, parking spot was so convenient, and the unit was clean and had everything you could possibly need. This unit is also a very short drive to Deer Valley. Would love to stay here again when returning to Park City.

Hidden gem within walking distance of Restaurants, Bars and Shopping

Second time staying at this property. Super comfy king bed, 2 full bathrooms with lots of fluffy towels. Lots of hot water for long hot showers. Kitchen had everything we needed. Even though there is only a mini-fridge, it was big enough for our needs since we ate out most nights. The stairs are a little challenging but really no big deal (very narrow).
