A beautifully restored home on the grounds of the historic Sea Gull Motel, just steps from vibrant downtown Cayucos and the iconic Cayucos pier. This vintage Mission/Santa Barbara-style 3 bedroom, 2 bath home captures the charm of the 1930s with modern, stylish touches, offering an inviting blend of history and comfort. For larger groups all three units can be rented to accommodate up to 18 with children. You’ll be delighted with the finish and attention put into this property.
