Great home, very clean and family friendly. The host was extremely nice and attentive. The home was also close to the children’s museum, which was a plus. Will definitely return if needed!

Wonderful home and neighborhood

The house was exactly what was listed. Plenty of space for our group to stay while showing at the Indiana State Fair. The house was very clean and provided plenty of towels and sheets. The host had great communication and the check in was extremely easy. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great spacious place to stay. Hope to book it again next year for our State Fair stay.

Perfect Place

We were in from out of town to visit family. We have 4 teenagers. This was the perfect place for our family to spend the night comfortably. All of the amenities of a hotel but with the added bonus of a full kitchen and about 10X the space!!!

House rental for Gen Con

My group of gamer friends and I rented this for Gen Con. It was too far from the con to walk, but we drove from a neighboring city and had cars, so it was perfect.

Large Group

We had a large group (8) that were in Indianapolis for one night. This house was great for what we needed. It was private and could accommodate all of us better than a hotel. It could use a little more furniture.

Lacking homey feel

I have stayed in many homes and this house while being fairly new it lacks many amenities that make a home a home. When we travel we like the fact that we rent homes and we can count on them being like our own. The furniture especially the beds are the cheapest and most uncomfortable I have ever seen. Not even enough coffee cups for the 6 of us (only 4 cups). Only 4 chairs at the table. I feel that we paid too much money for what was supplied

Nice enough, but no frills

Nice neighborhood, and responsive hostess. Plenty of room, beds were comfortable, but there simply was not enough living room seating for more than 3 full-sized adults, and unfortunately both the small couch and loveseat were not comfortable due to lack of support and cushioning. Also, while the kitchen was nice and roomy with the large bar and counters, and the refridgerator and stove/oven/microwave were modern, it was minimal in other amenities. To be honest, a better dishwasher is needed, and more cookware, especially mixing bowls, extra spatulas, some wooden spoons, a rubber spatula or two, as well as more pans, including extra skillets, some cake pans and good baking sheets, would have been nice. It made me feel like I was cooking in the basement of Next Level Kitchen with the most basic of cookware provided. All said, it was a mostly pleasant stay in a nice, modern home; just the Spartan furnishings and kitchenware didn't give it the "wow" factor we were expecting from the original listing.

Clean and convenient

Family of five with three teenage girls staying for a concert at Ruoff Music Center. The location made it fairly quick and easy to get there and back. As another renter mentioned, the furnishings are a bit sparse so if we had a larger group, there wouldn't have been enough seating for all of us in the living room and we could have used end tables to set our drinks on. A full length mirror would also be nice especially with the girls getting ready for the concert but we managed. We slept great, the master bed was quite comfy! The girls were exhausted so they slept well - if all of the mattresses are all the same brand, you should have a good night's sleep in any bedroom. We brought along our Yorkie who enjoyed the nice back yard and a walk in the neighborhood Sunday morning before we left. The owner was quick to respond to my questions and the price was great! Would recommend and hopefully more furnishings are on the way!

The house is very nice & very clean, comfortable beds & linens, & nicely soundproofed, so quiet upstairs if others are sleeping. We only stayed one night so not a great big deal, but not much for cooking. I suggest that if you want to have a bottle of wine, take your own wine opener & wine glasses. We used their regular glasses but wine glasses would have been really nice to have for a good bottle of wine.It would also be nice to have reading lamps in the bedrooms. But overall it was fine.
