The perfect house for a week long fishing trip at Roosevelt Lake, or a fabulous home to sleep up to 8 when your family is Wake-Boarding and tubing at the lake! Enjoy your time on the lake and come home to rest in the cool, air conditioned property, as often as needed, only 6 minutes from Schoolhouse Boat ramp. (Please note Schoolhouse Boat ramp is currently closed, due to low water levels.) Or, spend an ENTIRE day at the lake, and return to the house to rinse off the sunscreen and fish scales. No aches and pains from camping - enjoy our comfortable beds, couches and recliner. We offer a fully stocked kitchen, a nice fridge to store your food, drinks and ice, and all of the plates and utensils you need. The house boasts a massive 78" LED TV to relax after a long day on the water in a central great room plus dining area. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office/sitting room and huge enclosed air conditioned patio, we have room to comfortably sleep your family of 8 (Six in beds and 2 on a Queen Airbed). Additional fee of $10/night is charged for every guest over 6 people. (Parking of up to 4 vehicles in the driveway only or two trucks and two 20 ft boats.) You will love the dark skies and millions of stars from the relaxing back yard patio that backs to the Tonto National Forest. With excellent amenities, we hope you enjoy our home, in the beautiful Tonto National Forest, as much as we do. (Please note security cameras are used at all entrances to the home.)

The house was very well stocked with anything we might have needed for cooking. We did use the the outdoor grill,which was easy to use and clean. From the pictures and description, they undersold and over delivered!Every question was answered. Lori was very responsive to the simplest questions. We would highly recommend the house if you’re planning any fishing or outdoor activities in the Roosevelt Lake area.

Spotless! Well stocked kitchen! Bonus room that our 3 Littles referred to as “the play room” was a huge hit. The beds were comfy the TV was easy to navigate. This house was perfect for our family of seven. Two minutes from a store and our favorite restaurant at Roosevelt Lake and close to the boat launch. Great weekend and great stay!

We stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend and had a great time! The home is roomy, clean, and nice. The beds and living space are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Great communication with the owner! We had an overall wonderful experience and would return again!

Exceptional Hospitality

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this clean and lovely home. My family enjoyed playing with the football and corn hole game, looking at the citrus trees, making coffee and hot chocolate provided, and the beautiful views!

We live north of Tucson, but bought this property so we could enjoy Roosevelt Lake for more than just a day at a time. Many generations of our family have enjoyed coming to the lake for fishing and pleasure boating.

We had been looking for a home in Quail Run for over five years, and when this property became available, we knew it would be ideal for a comfortable and safe place to stay after a long day on the lake.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We love the views from all directions at this home! We appreciate our long driveway to park vehicles and boats. We especially enjoy our great room where we can cook, eat, and relax! In Spring, our backyard produces a plethora of fresh citrus.
