The perfect house for a week long fishing trip at Roosevelt Lake, or a fabulous home to sleep up to 8 (maximum of 6 adults) when your family is Wake-Boarding and tubing at the lake! Enjoy your time on the lake and come home to rest in the cool, air conditioned property, as often as needed, only 6 minutes from Schoolhouse Boat ramp. (Please note Schoolhouse Boat ramp is currently closed, due to low water levels.) Or, spend an ENTIRE day at the lake, and return to the house to rinse off the sunscreen and fish scales. No aches and pains from camping - enjoy our comfortable beds, couches and recliner. We offer a fully stocked kitchen, a nice fridge to store your food, drinks and ice, and all of the plates and utensils you need. The house boasts a massive 78" LED TV to relax after a long day on the water in a central great room plus dining area. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office/sitting room and huge enclosed air conditioned patio, we have room to comfortably sleep your family of 8 (Six Adults in beds and 2 Kids on a Queen Airbed). Additional fee of $10/night is charged for every guest over 6 people. (Parking of up to 4 vehicles in the driveway only or two trucks and two 20 ft boats.) No Pets allowed. You will love the dark skies and millions of stars from the relaxing back yard patio that backs to the Tonto National Forest.
