If you are looking for a secluded, peaceful place to stay away from the busyness of life, you have found it here! Sit on the back deck, the gazebo or patio and enjoy the nature! Take in the beautiful waterfalls and koi pond or relax in the six person hot tub!
This place is 15 minutes from Millersburg and 25 minutes from Berlin-the heart of Amish country! 40 minutes from Mohican State Park. 10 minutes to the Holmes County trail. This home is mostly furnished with Amish crafted furniture. A great place for family getaway!
Outdoor games include: pickleball, basketball, cornhole, tetherball, a large wooden playset for the kids and a trampoline for young and old alike! We also have a great selection of boardgames and puzzles, as well as Foosball and Air Hockey in the Rec room! A shuffleboard table and ping pong table in the garage!

Beautiful secluded lot on a private road. The house was lovely and very clean. The hosts were so thoughtful and left us homemade bread and jam. They labeled absolutely everything which made it super easy to find things. We also appreciated the peaceful, sweet decor.

Our weekend was beautiful. We came up for a wedding and made a weekend of it. Best choice ever! It was relaxing & quiet. Plenty of space for evryone and the house was so warm and cozy. Planning on another stay when we bring my mom and in laws up for a trip to Amish Country. Definately recommend this home.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!

This host has gone all out to provide a 10/10 experience for guests! The property is stunning. The residence is well stocked and clean. The owners included thoughtful gestures, including home-made bread and jam, to make the stay memorable. The area is beautiful and provides fantastic access to the Amish country area.

Great place for the whole family!

This place was perfect for our 4 children and 4 grandchildren! Very clean and special touches by the host! Peaceful country living. A couple of the adults commented how quiet it was. Would like to be there in the summer to enjoy everything they had outside.

Family bonding

This is a lovely place! Gives of vibes of actually being a house guest - not renting a vacation home. We visited Holmes County, but it would be a great house for a stay-cation - read a book, play a game, make s'mores. Would definitely re-visit.

Wonderful & spacious!

Super clean, comfortable, & spacious! So many beds & bedrooms. Definitely family & child friendly! Special surprise on the counter and other unexpected amenities. Full kitchen & living area in the basement along with 2 bedrooms! Highly recommend.

Beautiful house, yard and location! The owners were so friendly and helpful when there was an unexpected power outage in the area. They brought down and set up a generator right away. The yard is so peaceful for relaxing any time of day and the house has plenty of room to spread out in or to congregate with a larger group of people. There was plenty to do in the area. We would absolutely return!

Beautiful property

Propery was beautiful, very clean! Especially enjoyed the waterfall and gazebo. There is a tenant on the property, but he kept to himself and didn't bother us at all. Would definitely cone back!

Peaceful, spacious, comfortable and clean!

This place was perfect for a long girls weekend. The host is very responsive. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well organized and stocked with good quality cookware and has everything except a corkscrew. :) We did not want to leave and look forward to coming back.

The house was perfect! The amenities exceeded our expectations, both inside and out. Everyone enjoyed their stay but my two grandchildren, ages 5 and 6, found the playset, koi pond, hot tub, and trampoline absolutely the best. My husband, daughter, and son-in-law enjoyed sitting in the gazebo where we could relax and watch the kids play. Even though we had beautiful weather allowing us to be outside the majority of our stay, my grandchildren also found the toys inside to be an extra benefit and something they truly enjoyed. Before leaving, my granddaughter insisted I write a one thousand star review in the guest journal which sums up just how much fun she and her brother had.

We LOVED this home!! It was very clean, comfortable, very thoughtful and accommodating for guests with so many extras... like labeled drawers so easy to find things, extra containers for our leftovers, beach towels for hot tub. & more.. Our grandkids had so much fun and were fully entertained with the ping pong, tether ball, trampoline, Foosball, basketball, shuffleboard, games, corn hole & the hot tub! It was serene and beautiful! Very secluded! Very comfortable furniture and beds. and plenty of room for the 12 of us. The host family was quick to respond & friendly! We would all highly recommend!

Quiet getaway

We had a mixture of ages using the property. Everyone enjoyed the house and surrounding outside amenities; playground, koi pond, waterfall, hot tub, fire pits, large deck with lots of chairs and tables, 2 gas grills, plenty of outdoor games to play. I could go on but my thumbs are getting tired! Lastly a big shoutout to our hosts Duane and Wayne miller who are about the best hosts you could find!!

birthday getaway

We where celebrating our mother's 90th birthday with a quiet gathering. The stay was everything for which we had hoped. Mom loved it. Although we loved the rooms and the spaces, the only slight problem that we had was that the beds were so high, mom could not get into hers without help. Bed steps would be an added plus.

We are a busy, fun-loving, hobby farming family that enjoys camping and campfires, traveling, and times with friends and extended family. We love hosting people and making them feel welcome!

We love the quiet, peaceful seclusion our place provides, away from the noise and busyness. The beauty and sounds of nature will beckon you to sit and enjoy this restful place!
This home is situated at the end of a dead end road 1.5 miles back. We live on up the lane on a farm, so we are close enough if anything is needed. We also have a tenant/groundskeeper currently living in the apartment above the three bay detached garage located on the property.
