Luxury Lake View with Sauna

Our new construction features stunning Hayden Lake views, a king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and a queen sofa bed. The one bedroom apartment is private and built to be a short term rental. It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. Enjoy relaxing and taking in the gorgeous views in our new sauna!

Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in.

Glorious last day of a 4th of July trip

Beautiful and modern apartments with a great lake view. Quiet area compared to other lakes we went to. We really enjoyed it and it looks like they're about to add a sauna... ;)

Beautiful view and lovely space!

My husband, dog and I had a lovely one night stay at Jaclyn’s home on our way back from a road trip. The view was outstanding and the home is so beautiful. Wonderfully appointed and had everything we needed. Jaclyn was a great communicator and went above and beyond for us. Looking forward to returning at some point!

Beautiful location! The guest house had everything you needed. Can’t wait until the dock and lake access is available and finished. We would have spent time sunning on the beach!

One of the best you’ll ever find!

This is easily one of the most wonderful VRBOs you’ll ever find. The view and patio alone are worth the stay! The apartment is immaculate, with every possible amenity you could need provided. I absolutely can not wait to return! - if this is available, book without hesitation!!

Beyond Imaginable View

Place is stunning both inside and out. Well decorated and stocked with all necessities. But what you're pay for and it disappoint is the view. Easy check in and out. Will return the view from.yoir

Must stay at Hayden Lake

Amazing view and so relaxing. Jackie is an exceptional host. She thought of everything. So clean and comfortable. Definitely will be back. We bought booties for our Gracie to manage the stairs and it worked out perfectly.

Amazing Apartment!

Oh my goodness, this is an amazing rental. The it is even better than the host describes. So relaxing, clean, and comfortable. I promise, you will not be disappointed. There is nothing like a warm fire in the evening with a glass of wine looking out over beautiful lake Hayden. Also, only 20 minutes from Silverwood. We will be back, so much to explore!

Refreshment for the Soul

We first really enjoyed the special touches from our hosts. They made it so easy to rent their property. They thought of the little and big details. We specifically think this place is for those who need to feel and know peace. It's all around. Watching the movements and sounds of the lake, trees, and weather were amazing. We slept really well; the bed was just perfect. Waking up and having a warm cup of coffee or tea on the deck was breathtaking.

Find Your Peace Here

This was the perfect place for my wife and I to enjoy the Coure d’Alene area during the day and return to the peace and tranquility of this home each evening. The views from the deck are stunning. The peaceful surroundings are equally stunning for those seeking an escape from fast-paced life as we were. The hosts are gracious and kind, communicating often and effectively. I would recommend this home to others without any reservations. It’s close enough to town to be convenient and far enough away to feel remote. Big thank you to the hosts!
