This was perfect for our group to stay! There was plenty of outdoor and indoor space, and it never felt like people were sitting on top of each other! It was pretty clean and I would totally stay again. Thanks!

AWSOME for Golf Trip

Had 13 guys golf trip and found this place to stay. The golf wasn’t good but the house was awsome. House has 15 beds, huge open eating area and the basement is set up perfectly for hanging out. Poker table, pool table, TV, everything needed for a guys hang out. Everyone in the group said they would stay again.

Great set-up for my team!!

I brought my volleyball players to a team camp at UNK for the weekend. This house was perfect for our stay! Plenty of room, fully stocked bathrooms and the best stocked kitchen for a VRBO house I have ever stayed in! The girls cooked supper for each other both nights we were there and it was absolutely wonderful! They played board games in the basement and hung out on the back porch some as well. We definitely would recommend this for any large groups looking to stay around the area. Only a 15 minute drive gets you to the UNK campus! Very helpful owners. Responded to messages when asked questions! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

There's potential

I debated writing this review but after staying in 3 other rentals during our trip, this was the only disappointing booking we had. We arrived & the overhead garage door was left up, with the door connecting into the house unlocked. Check in instructions stated there would be a lock box near the door with a house key, so immediatly I messaged the host asking if I should be concerned. Upon entering the home it was very noticeable that none of the floors had be cleaned. After getting a response from the host stating the garage door must have been left open by an employee & there shouldn't be anything to worry about I notified him of the dirty condition of the floors, not as a complaint, just as an FYI so it could be discussed with whoever cleans. I do believe a cleaning service is used since there is an extensive cleaning list left on the kitchen counter. The host ked for pictures which I tried to send but it isn't allowed through VRBO messaging. So I asked if he had an email I could send them to. He also couldn't include that through VRBO messaging so I pulled up the main page of my reservation & found his number to text the pictures to. I will include that exchange here. Me, "It is hard to show in pics. There is also dirty bedding in one of the closets down stairs." Host, "We have a standard procedure we follow and have never had a single complaint. We will cancel your trip with a full refund and you may check out immediately if this is going to continue to be an

Clean and comfortable home for large group

The home had everything we needed to host a high school volleyball team attending a team camp at the SportsPlex. Enough of everything to accommodate our group of 15. Felt like home with plenty of room and games to keep everyone entertained. Quiet and safe neighborhood, just a 15 min ride to Kearney and interstate. Saved us a lot of money, compared to getting 5 hotel rooms.
