Just minutes from Waterville Valley, Loon, Tenney, and Cannon Mountain, it’s your base for skiing, snowboarding, and winter adventures! |The space|
The home is divided into three floors. Starting with the top floor you will find the lofted master bedroom featuring mountain views and an en suite with a glass shower. Also on this floor is a dedicated work space with provided monitor.
The middle floor is where you will find the living room, kitchen and dining area, as well as a full bathroom with tub and shower. There is also access to the outdoor spaces and deck overlooking the beautiful White Mountains.
The bottom floor contains two bedrooms, one featuring a queen bed with mountain views and the other with 2 bunk beds. Each bunk has a personal reading lamp and USB plug. There is a living room connecting the two bedrooms. The outdoor spaces can also be accessed from this floor.

|Additional Information|
Guests will be provided with two guest passes to the Waterville Estates community center. Here you will find 2 indoor and 2 outdoor pools(Seasonal). As well as two hot tubs, gym, sauna, and locker rooms. Additional day passes can be purchased at the front desk.
The fire pit area remains in place year round, however it may be inaccessible due to snow.
In the winter, we recommend using a vehicle with all-wheel drive. The cabin sits on steep mountain roads and has a steep driveway as well. Roads and driveway are plowed regularly, but travel can still be tricky during snow or ice.
